Story:Despite my look I am actually layback type of guy... I come from a city that never sleeps, Vulcan. An never ending party which I happily sleep through. My family owns a coffee shop that also never gets boring as people come and go buying at least five cups of coffee or tea a day. Yuck! I hate coffee. Yeah, I know ironic. And my family is nothing but a party themselves or at least the women in my family. Must be from all the coffee they drink.
Anyways, my journey began when I decided to take off on my own after receiving my first Pokémon a Mudkip. My father was the only one to encourage my decision as he thought it a rightful passage to man hood while my mother rather I go to school instead but honestly, who wants to sit in class for thirty minutes or more to have a teach explain a subject you already know about. Not me, that's for sure. Also I don't like the idea of school. So onward my journey I went.
My first captured pokemon was a Houndour because I slid down a muddy hill and rolled into the center of a pack of Houndours. They certainly weren't happy with my sudden appearance but I happily caught one with no sweat. Then I caught a Starly while accidently throwing a rock into a tree where a flock of the birds where living in when I was actually aiming for a berry to come down so I could eat it. Those Starlys were pretty angry until I decided to catch one after running around like a headless chicken. Then on I went getting stronger by traveling trainers here and there and capturing one or two more Pokémon on the way till I was ready to face my first gym leader in Eurus City where the Water Gym reside. As pretty the gym leader there was I didn't let her distract me from my goal and won proudly at the end with my Marshtomp. And on I went to face the second gym leader of Zephyrus Town where the Grass Gym leader lived. But, somehow I got lost and wondered down a very long path until I met the woman of my future. Her name was... Charlotte.
As I was walking down that very long path lost did a screaming girl riding on the back of a crazy Rapidash ran past me. She kept shouting at the flaming horned horse to stop or to calm down but with no luck. So, I helped as I can't leave any pretty young lady helpless. So, with the help of my Kirlia we stopped the Rapidash but not before she threw off the girl who surprisingly landed in my arms perfectly. She was super cute. Then my heart skipped a beat when she threw her arms around me and said, "Thank you!" My cheeks flushed red.
"You-you-you're welcome," I replied stupidly.
"Uh, you can put me down please," she told me in a blush of her own.
"You're Welcome!" I shouted stupidly. Darn! I just said that.
She just giggled and so cutely too. Then the Rapidash nuzzled her in an apology.
"Awe! It's ok girl," the girl spoke gently to the horse. And I continue to stare at her not able to take my eyes off her as she petted the horse. My Kirlia just snickered as he sat on the flame horse.
Just as I glared at him the girl introduce herself, "I am Charlotte. And you are?"
"Uh...," I pause. "My name is Kiba," I shared.
"Awe! What an adorable Kirlia!" she complimented my Kirlia who continue to snicker but then float to my side, took the girl's hand, and kissed it. All while giving me a smug look at me.
Then, we were soon joined by Charlotte's friends who were riding on a Tauros and another Rapidash. Their names were Luna, Jack, and Eve. Although, both Eve and Jack were arguing the moment they got there and were shouting at each other whose fault it was that Eve's Rapidash took off upset with Charlotte. While Luna dash past the two to give Charlotte a tight embrace. Asking, "Are you alright? Are you hurt? Any broken bones?" Something like that.
"I'm ok...," and before I could did Charlotte say, "He saved me. Kiba."
Luna and Charlotte thanked me again and with a kiss on the cheek from Charlotte. And just like that, I fainted with a big goofy grin on my face.
By the time I woke up I was laying under a shaded tree and met by a pair or slate eyes that reminded me of stars. Stars look like that right? So, Charlotte and her team had taken a break from their travels and we gotten to know each a little but apparently Eve and Jack were still angry with each other because they were sitting away from each other and Luna happily told what happen with the two. Then we shared about where we were heading and how I got lost which came out amusing especially to Eve and Jack and got them to get a long again. So Luna shared with me which path to take to get to Zephyrus Town. I felt foolish but thankful for their help. And so, we went our separate ways. They were heading to Juno City to meet Charlotte's brother. At the time I didn't even know the danger they faced.
Three years later I came to Juno City to face the Fairy Gym Leader. At last I was strong enough to face the gym leader there but I would have never thought that I'd meet Charlotte again. I just ran so happen to run into her in Juno on my way to the gym. She had grown into a beautiful young woman and was attending the Pokémon Academy there. So we talked, had dinner, and spent the whole day with each other but when I asked about her friends, the ones she traveled with before she replied, "Living their own lives." Then I escorted Charlotte to her dorm at the school and we promise to meet again the next day. And so we did and I have suddenly forgotten why I was in Juno in the first place. As we walked around the city park did a young man with a group of his friends came to harass us and especially me. He threatens me after calling Charlotte his fiancé. I may have been in shock but we got into a fist fight and we nearly brought out our Pokémon but was stopped by a masked woman. She threaten the punk to leave now or he'll deal with her. He almost took the woman on her offer when one of his goons told him they better scat before a particular man found out. Who?
After they had left I could see the ashamed look on Charlotte's face. I tried to take a step closer her in an attempt to comfort her but the masked woman stopped me. She threaten, "Don't take another step closer. Or else!"
"I'm sorry," cried Charlotte and she left.
I had made an attempt to go after her but the masked woman knocked me out. "I'm sorry but, I cannot allow you to come near her," was the last thing I heard and I fainted. I woke up in the morning back in my motel room and searched for Charlotte all over the city at every spot we met. I even went to the school to see her but, they would not let me pass and I made this huge fuss until it worked. I was brought to the principals office where she was. Charlotte stood there still with an ashamed look on her face. She took my hand and our eyes met. "I am sorry but, we cannot meet again...," she paused.
"Why?" I asked. "If it's about yesterday then-," she cut me off.
"It is true. I am his fiancé. I am sorry to have lead you on before telling you the truth but... I do not regret our time together," she stepped closer. Tears formed in her eyes. "So please, forget me," she told me.
"Then why marry him? Why marry a man you do not love?" I ask. I grab hold of her shoulders.
"I have no choice. I am promise to him whether I like it or not and all because...," she kisses me. I kissed back.
Then an Espeon appeared from behind her on the principal's empty desk. When she pulled her lips away from mine she tells me, "Do not look for me again. Live on your dream. Fulfill it... Espeon, psychic," she commanded.
"Grrrr...," Espeon's eyes glowed.
The last thing I heard was Charlotte saying, "Goodbye... Kiba." Damn! I was knocked out, again. And when I woke again I was back in my motel room. Alone and wondering if I'd ever meet Charlotte again. But as fate would have that's if you believe in fate that I'd meet Charlotte soon enough again.
