Character Thread
Now the character thread is the place where you will find and post your character profiles!! The first half will be for the Creator and the second half will be for the RPer!!!
Creator Portion!!The Thread Title1. When creating this thread, put the name of your RP.
2. You must put in brackets
[] the letters
"CT" before the RP name!! This is to distinguish the Character Thread from the Infinite Multiplayer thread.
Alright! Now that is settled. It is time to get to the post's.
The First Post1. It must contain the summery and title of the RP genre from the IM thread.
2. It must contain the link to the RP thread itself, please use the URL button in the blue box.
The Second Post1. It will contain a profile skeleton!! -beware, I think that there might some in your closet.
2. Make it nice and neat, bold certain key words such as name, age, history and personality, etc...
3. The picture always looks better when it is aligned to the right! So make sure that the word "portrait, picture, image" and the alike are always at the top of the profile skeleton.
4. The posted profile skeleton will be a sample and is usually the Creators first character.
5. Once the Profile Skeleton sample is set up, then you must create a Code for it below. This will make it easier for your RP buddies to fill in the blanks.
6. You MUST post the a link of the Character Thread at the top of the post, remember to always use URL from the blue box.
The Third Post1. Keep this one reserved... you gotta have at least one. More than that is okay. But always one reserved.
Then after that, you can let your fellow RPers post. But the first post always goes to the Creator with their characters.
Role Player PortionThis also implies to the Creator. So please, RPer's follow for your own safety!
Character Creation1. You can only have up to four characters. Only the Creator of the thread can bend this rule to where you can have more or less. I considered that controlling up to four characters to be the limit for many people.
2. After you have created your character(s), you must then create a banner to use when you RP, it must have the characters name and a quote that they use. -Or you can scratch out the quote. I personally use it to show my characters most inner thought about the situation or what ever there next move might be. I call them PRO's for a shorter version of your real profiles.
3. Then code your banner and post it underneath each character. And all of your characters' will be posted in the same post. So if you post your first character but posted your second say three pages down. It will be deleted. This move will create less clutter for the Character Thread alone. SO ALWAYS USE THE SAME POST FOR ALL OF YOUR CHRACTERS. Also, you won't lose your characters' amongst the fray.
