He can maintain an object from anywhere as long as he has no interuption or is not attacked in battle.
Weaknesses/Is prone to anger if harrassed & can be manipulated to create evil beings by evil people. His powers are unrefined and newly formed meaning he can only form things any kid normally thinks about or recognises.
He can only maintain a creation while focusing on it any distraction causes it to disappear.
Hes still just a kid & can't fight back without imagining something to life.
He cannot alter living things or anything with a soul.That includes living things like cyborg, or soloman grundy. while not actually alive they have souls.
bio/Charlie was born into a poor and abusive family in the harlem project's being white didn't make things any easier.One day while being mugged by teenagers for what was in his bag he made a t rex become real and eat them. The police could not pinpoint what had happened & child protective services was unaware of his power. At age 10 He was approached by Xavier to come to his school & by Eric to join the brotherhood but S.H.I.E.L.D stepped in and took custody of him deeming him too dangerous to live in society.
He also was rumored to have a twin sister and this was confirmed through DNA match but she is deceased due to the experiments performed on her by Amanda Waller & Cadmus Scientists to create the perfect Telepathic operative & eventually be a Suicide squad member.
Charlie harbors a hatred beyond intense for Waller,Cadmus,S.H.I.E.L.D, or any goverment agency who views him as an object.All he wants is amanimity & the Justice his sister A.C.E. never got during her short lifetime.
