Personality:ersonality - Vice has a split personality that shows when his eyes and hair change color. When he has blonde hair and golden eyes. He has a nice and gentle personality. He shows no signs of hostility and tries to avoid fights. However, when his eyes go red and his hair turns back, his personality takes a flip, becoming more violent and mean. While he's not cruel and cold hearted, he will beat up anyone he feels like it and tends to have a more, rebellious personality unlike his other half.
Bio:Vice grew up the son to a pair of politics who barely paid any attention to him. He was quite isolated and didn't have any friends. This, and never attending school, gave him a lot of free time. With that time, he taught himself many skills, such as cooking, hacking, gaming, cleaning, and other things. He'd get on the internet and research and study anything that interest him, quickly making him smarter than kids his age. By the time he was 10, he was at a college level.
One day, he was strolling down the street and got kidnapped by Japaneses and Russian spies. They found out about his upbringing of being half devil and half angel. With a near perfect healing factor, they experimented on his body, trying to create the perfect mindless solider. This gave him enhanced senses, perfect memory, even stronger physical abilities, flight, and elemental powers. The experiment had a flaw however. Instead of making him a mindless solider, he gained a dark personality and a opposite light personality that he can switch between at anytime. Using the Darker Side, he broke out and escaped only to nearly get killed before being able to leave the country. They decided to erase his memories of his time in the labs and ship him off to the slave network, having no other use for him.
