It seems that there has still he a huge amount of tension presently going on OOC regarding a character I have been had second doubts about because of her Omega-Level power range. Because nobody that can truly handle her has been around, I feel that for the sake of the guild, she needs to be considered a major threat that she truly is. That being said, I renounce using Morgaine Le Fey. Things can be presented to talk about keeping her, but I've made up my mind. She's too powerful to remain in use as she is capable of even taking over the minds of super powerful figures like Mongul before. Without someone to keep her restrained such as the armor, she's out of control. To those in Gotham I quoted, I terribly apologize for the mess that this has caused. I don't want anyone to feel or think that I'm quitting the game. It's just that literally she is extremely capable of being Devil-Leveled like Neron or even the mythological gods and goddesses that keeping her is extremely hazardous to the guild.

Hey Opal. I'm sorry that you feel this way about the whole situation; and whilst a lot of people may criticize my decision not to beg you to keep the character, I would just like to say what I think on this issue and what it is that should have been done. I think that this could have been handled a lot better then it has been and furthermore, I think that we do need to address somethings about Morgana as well that some people (maybe including yourself) didn't seem to get. Morgana, yes, has the potential to become a very powerful nemesis to pretty much everyone in the guild but you as an RPer should not be punished or penalized for the potential your character has. If we were to set that precedent... Well, let's just say we wouldn't have a guild anymore. Anyway... Let us get on to what I really want to say. Firstly, I think that this was handled pretty poorly. I feel as if the conversations we've been having in the Moderator Skype Chat shouldn't really have been happening at all; you shouldn't hear that you're being talked about from a third party and I am sorry for that. Someone should have taken the initiative to bring what problems they had to the debate thread and had it out with you Mano-y-mano. But they didn't. Things have happened. Things I will not attempt to change. The thing I will attempt to change though is the precedent that this sets for the guild. It is NOT (I repeat NOT) okay for us as moderators to dance around issues like this. We should have been decisive and from now on we shall be. We have been lacking in leadership recently due to my busy work schedule and how tired I have been but now I am off work for a week... Things will improve. Even if we have to make a few sacrifices along the way in terms of Mods, Characters or anything else that we have. That is that. The second thing I want to mention is that Morgana was always intended to be a major player in the AATW. It is why she was approved the way she was and why she could be a god-like character. We needed a "Big Bad" and without the likes of someone such as Darksied I was afraid we'd never get one and put all my eggs in the basket that was Morgana when she came up. I wanted her to grow into a genuine threat because apart from someone like Atrocitus or the Black Bettele we were seriously lacking in huge threats. I now see maybe I should have reigned it in a little and informed people of the idea but I didn't think that 'potential' was something we were criticizing. Character growth is natural... At least, I think it is. However, that being said Opal, maybe you did jump the gun a little. I trusted you (and to be fair would still trust you) with the character but I don't think that you quite got the idea. Maybe you wanted to test us with Morgaine; it isn't unheard of and I have tried to break multiple guilds and their systems with a character in order to prove a point. If that was so then... Okay. Sorry you felt you had to do that. But I think you went too powerful too quickly. Morgaine is a strong character but she is also constantly being sapped of her energy and youth and as such is always looking for ways to preserve her beauty and increase her powers. She isn't just all powerful off the bat. There is always some sort of trade off. There is always something she needs to get that Godly power that makes her able to twist time and space. So... Yeah. Maybe both sides failed in this but we can still fix it together if you want. But that is only if you want. Roxas out!

Good morning, Roxas. I just want to say that I completely agree with everything you have stated. While it was not a concept that I added, her aging each time she does a major force of power, it is definitely something to consider now. The reason why it was not added originally was because Merlin vanished with the heroes and his spell on her came undone, which is why she is not in the armor as you would notice in the sample that I pitched. I have no issues whatsoever putting that in and with the matter of the mods, the thing that did cause to reconsider is the fact that as you stated, I'm just hearing about it now. With a character of her caliber, she can virtually do anything and as stated to Jack and Robo before, it can't be my duty to inform someone if they never bring it up to me in the first place. I would love for the matter to get itself solved right then and there and when I see that everyone is posting as usual like nothing happened, then I am to assume everything is good. Three mods were actually willing to help me work on it, but I figured for now to just keep her away until a group can handle her. I am still willing to fix her and work with everyone presently and as a mod suggested to me, they would give me some points to take on another Canon villain to use while these details get properly smoothed. I am honored that you did trust me to use a character like this and I would he honored to keep it going if details like this can be added in. One concept I was planning to consider was that the body they see is an anchor or avatar while her actual being is in the Nether Planes. This could help to tone down her power range, but still make her a big bad as you put it on Earth. I think adding that in with the aging factor, the armor and perhaps something else could definitely help.

Hey Opal, Good Afternoon from the UK I'm afraid. wink The day is not so young for us tea-drinkers. If you want to work on it, let's do it. Myself and Jack would be more than happy to work with you but I will also fight so that we do not nerf you too hard. Because, well, that's not really fair and I think that was one of the things that I need to monitor from my Mods. People get very happy with the "Nerf-Scissors" and I know how much that can suck. So... my suggestions would be something like: + Even though Merlin is gone, I would just keep his spell/curse with the armour in order to pace yourself. You could unite with other villains like Azijin to find a way to help yourself. There are all sorts of possibilities.
