In 2310, the Earth Sphere Federation was formed and became the successor to the UN...
In 2311, the ESF created the Autonomous Peace-Keeping Force to further 'unify' the world...
At the time, no one on Earth would feel sorrow or sympathy for Celestial Being as it was announced to be defeated. the world rejoiced, as a new era of peace and unity would begin, at least that was what people believed. In 2310 the UN was succeeded by the Earth Sphere Federation. While the world was now in unity and many believed war would no longer occur, not every nation wished to join in this single government. In order to create a single government, the ESF created a small detachment from the military as a defense force for the government and peace the world has entered. However, this small task force's true assignment was to subjugate other nations into the ESF's control. This fact is not known to the people of the ESF however, and the A-Laws proceed on their specific mission without any great opposition. The year is 2311, only one month after the A-Laws formation and one week after the subjugation of the first nation into the Earth Sphere Federation.

He was originally from the AEU, The United Kingdom to be exact, and he was going to join the AEU, but then the ESF was formed. Name: Nikolai Yurin, 29 Position: Earth Sphere Federation Mobile Suit Ace Mobile Suit: Advanced GN-X Background & Personality: Nikolai Yurin, also called Niko, is an ace pilot in the Earth Sphere Federation Army originating from the Eurasian region of the previous HRL. He was meant to be a pilot of the new GN-X, but was incapacitated in a previous Throne attack. After returning to the cockpit, Niko was able to easily control his GN-X, unlike his previous experiences in Tieren mobile suits, much like Amy Zimbalist. Like the previous Union pilot, Nikolai was selected as a pilot of the new limited mass-production Advanced GN-X. As the A-Laws began taking officers for their squads, Nikolai was assigned as a squad leader in the Earth Sphere Federation Army.
Nikolai is relatively new to being in command of a squad, but he is very supportive of his team mates and believes they should fight for their beliefs and the man next to them rather than where they are from or what orders they are given. While this belief held him back in the HRL's army, he was still considered an extraordinary pilot and has great charisma he shares with his fellow soldiers. Appearance:

As a pilot, Akira specializes in ground combat with his Tieren High Mobility Type B. While originally a normal Type B, he was able to convert it to a commander type after the formation of Katharon. He uses the extra sensors to gather more information on the battlefield and react accordingly. He can very easily adapt to situations, while having quick reaction speed. Against GN Tau-equipped suits however, this only amounts to an increased survival percentage. Current situation
Story so far... After Celestial Being was defeated, the world rejoiced. Three years after Operation Angel Down, the UN was succeeded by the Earth Sphere Federation. This world government seeked to unify the world as one, and began to execute not only diplomatic but also aggressive methods through the newly created Autonomous Peace Keeping Force, or the A-Laws. Called an anti-terrorist division, this secret police force of the ESF creates chaos and unrest within unaligned countries to subjugate them into the ESF. With the powerful GN tau equipped GN-X and newly created GN-XIII, the A-Laws were able to conquer their first nation without and difficulties. Reporters of the ESF however began to doubt the 'facts' they are told, leading them to question their reports. After a confrontation over the events of the first pacification, several news reporters fled with the truth of the event to the middle east in fear of being silenced by the A-Laws. Their fears were correct as many were not able to flee before disappearing conveniently for the A-laws. Those that were able to, convinced some ESF pilots and personnel to create a resistance against the A-law's subjugation. While they are only equipped with outdated mobile suits, they claimed the name Katharon and planned their strategy...
Events: -2310; The Earth Sphere Federation is created and succeeds the United Nations, unifying the Union of Solar Energy and Free Nations, the Advanced European Union and the Human Reform League under one government. -2311; The Autonomous Peace Keeping Force is formed with the objective of unifying the world under the Earth Sphere Federation. -2311, Early June; The A-Laws have conquered one of the Middle Eastern Nations that refused to join the ESF, and begin to look at the next country to be subjugated. -2311, June; the Middle Eastern military forces collect their forces into the Middle Eastern Defense Militia in light of recent civil unrest and terrorism in the middle east.
Yes, it's a faster opening than the SEED Reconstruction, but I think I should open this rather than leave it as a in-construction... I am now reviewing and accepting profiles.

Samuel Westing, leader of A-Laws squad 12, left his room in the standard A-laws officer uniform. He was recieving his squad, fresh from the combat to stabilize the newly acquired region of the ESF. The A-Laws 'stabilized' the situation conveniently, and now were looking towards other potentially unstable locations. Unfortunately some of the reporters in the ESF didn't believe the facts they were given, and fled to the middle east.
Now the A-laws had a faction building up against them, but as far as their intel went it was only a few dozen people. It was no match for the ALaws, but before it could become so, high command decided to chop the head off the snake prematurely. Westing's division was the one they chose to face this group before they gather strength, a mission Samuel was more than happy to take. He was smiling as he entered the quickly constructed hangar, housing the GN-X suits and their special charging equipment.

Unlike most ESF soldiers in the occupation zone, ESF mobile suit ace Nikolai Yurin was lazing around in a chair, complete with a newspaper draped over his face. The rest of the camp was buzzing with activity, mostly to establish the new representative government after the situation was stabilized by the A-Laws. He was woken up by a soldier, informing him that his new squad has arrived with their mobile suits. He groaned as he stood, folding the magazine to place it on the desk. The headlines read; 'Region stabilized! Autonomous Peace Keeping Force successful!' and the article plastered on the main page spoke about how corrupt the government was, their refusal of the ESF's generous offer to join.
He was at the forefront with other ESF units ready to combat the raging mobs should they move with their armed mobile workers against the ESF outpost. Thankfully the A-Laws entered the city beforehand and the situation stabilized, although the casualties amount varied from the soldiers Nikolai heard from. Some said few, other said many, but he relied on the news report of few casualties. Some of the A-laws were still new soldiers so they might have exaggerated the amount. He walked the way towards the hangar where the transport trucks backed in, carrying the GN-X suits of his new squadmates.

When the nation was occupied, everyone believed it was just a mass of riots that broke out when the ESF's rejected offer was revealed to the nation's citizens. No one expected the Autonomous Peace Keeping Force who 'pacified' the capital, were mass murderers. The reporters that fled from the ESF however gave their tale with evidence, printed documents of the A-Laws radio communications. The scene revealed by those told a much darker tale then the rest of the ESF heard. The A-Laws entered and opened fire on the city, not even making their demand for the government to surrender until the end of their slaughter.
Now, the reporters and several allies were gathered with mobile suits in an abandoned mining station, deciding how to process the situation. Akira walked into the room they agreed to form meetings in, and most were looking bleak. Akira gathered a few of his allies from the ESF, but none of them had a GN mobile suit. They were only Flags, Tierens, Enacts and Hellions. A few years ago they'd be a force for defense, but with GN suits the older models were practically useless.They didn't stand a chance against the ESF or A-Laws, but they had to try something to prevent them from taking over other nations.

Among them was a 16 year old from Japan, one of the youngest members. Still, he provided the group with salvaged Mobile Suits and technical expertise needed to maintain them. He and his father before him were salvagers who'd picked through the Gundams' wake for wrecked Mobile Suits and made some money during the events of 2307 and 2308, but got stuck with some obsolete machines when the GN-X was rolled out. Those old machines were being used here as well, including his own Flag.
He was finishing the rearmament and charging of the machines when Akira entered. The Defense Rods on the Flags and Enacts had been particularly carefully cared for, being able to generate a plasma field to defend against beam attacks.

After his birth, his father would conclude his service in the Union military and raise the child while his mother stayed eventually became an Officer of high standing in the ESF. By this point, however, Toshiro and his father would cease to have contact with his mother. Toshiro became his father's apprentice as a salvager and civilian MS technician, seeing battlefields around the planet from a young age and becoming well-acquainted with death. During the events of 2307 and 2308, Toshiro would tag along with his father on salvaging missions and recover swaths of Mobile Suits defeated by the Gundams and left in their wake. Some would be sold back to the blocs during the conflict to earn the two a measure of wealth, but the machines were soon obsolete with the advent of the GN-X series. While servicing machines in the Middle East years later, Toshiro would bear witness to the true nature of the A-LAWS. He would then take the machines that they could not sell after the war and start providing them to Katharon, even piloting his own salvaged Flag against the hostile force. Appearance:

"Toshiro! Thanks for the parts. I'll be able to survive longer now. We're meeting within the hour, don't forget." he called to the supplier. He was young, but there were some even younger than him who were eager to fight. The children they moved to families aware from what would be the frontlines of a war. While they didn't have a leader here, they all decided things together. Akira knew they would need someone with command experience if they were to effectively fight the Earth Sphere Federation.
He stopped at his Tieren, still being painted to the new dark blue for their forces. His was the last unit to be painted, the other seven had been painted already and were going through OS updates. The Fanton especially needed it. Anfs were commonplace, but even when the gundams were revealed they were outdated. The Fanton didn't stand a true chance but they needed all the mobile suits they could get. They wouldn't use the mobile workers for the attacks because they were no match for an Anf, let alone a GN mobile suit. "You've got a lot of expectations friend. Don't fail on my in the first deployment." he spoke lightly to himself and the mobile suit.

Toshiro looked up at Akira and gave a nod as he worked, loading an Anf's 30mm machine gun with ammunition before closing up the access panel. He'd made sure the system was in working order and had replaced a few worn parts of the mechanism as well, but it had held up well over the years. Though they lacked frills and weren't as advanced, the old HRL Mobile Suits were reliable.
"You're welcome. I'm just finishing up, so I'll be done with these machines by the meeting time." Toshiro looked up at his own Flag, long since ready and repainted. It had an OS update as well to make its transformation more practical in mid-air as well. He still had to watch the forces on the machine's frame before risking it, though. All too soon, he'd be taking the old warhorse into battle...

Akira stepped into the suit's cramped cockpit, fitting a VR visor over his head. Unlike the AEU or Union suits, the Tieren was built like a tank, which mean a cramped interior that made a monitor difficult. The solution was a visor fitted to let the pilot see. In Akira's opinion, it was better. He was provided all the info he needed right in his view, without anything being out of his peripherals. He ran a startup to check the new OS. It was working fine, so he tested the unit's left arm response by moving its motors as much as possible given the cramped space in the cave. Once they were out in the open, it would be free riding for him and the Tieren. He continued with the test for several minutes before it was satisfactory.
