History: Not much is known about about Viktor. He was found as a child out side the capital looking for food in the garbage. He joined the Military as a soldier at the age of 18 and has server for two years. After becoming back of the Vamraak Cryptic Enforcers, he became a Lieutentant. He sent most of his time tinkering with tech from the Royal junkyard.
