Ladies & Gentleman, It's my pleasure to present to you the Stormheart Diplomatic Class-Dreadnought, this lightly armed vessel will be the heart and soul of The Galactic Council as it will be the Diplomatic Flotilla dedicated to goodwill expeditions on a universal scale. The vessel itself is a work of art boasting luxurious accommodations ranging from fully decked living quarters straight to the very Supreme Council Chambers which might i add has a hell of a view and it's all dedicated to our wonderful Alliance Members. The Stormheart has several roles, it can act as the basis for Goodwill Missions, Resource Management and Council Meetings, however in the event of Rebellions and War this vessel can be converted into an Advanced Command Center allowing the Council Member direct his/her forces from a safe distance, priorities are very clear, The Galactic Council is of high value and must be assured that protection will be offered in times of need. Well then, i'm happy to inform you all that production of these vessels are well underway, however bare in mind that due to the current Disarmament Act we cannot fully weaponize these behemoths aside from their defensive counter-measures.

Cold fusion occurs at much, much colder temperatures than standard fusion. Contained in a highly ionized heavy water (deuterium oxide) substance with a massive palladium cathode core. Essentially a massive radioactive battery, the cold fusion reactor generates nearly as much energy as standard fusion reactors without relying on thermonuclear dynamics, thus staying within room temperature conditions. Fusion occurs within the heavy water substance as well as the main palladium cathode, where deuterium atoms fuse into helium and release copious amounts of energy. The reactor is covered with radiation-shielding materials like lead, tin, steel and tantalum-composite metamaterials, along with polythylene; although, the particle fields that surround it are enough to stop any kind of radiation from seeping through. Bloom Effect, High-Explosive Reactive Armor plates can be placed on a ship as a form of reactive armor coating. The HERA Plating consists of two main plate types: bloom effect plates and high-explosive plates.

Bloom effect plates consist of generally simple materials like steel and titanium, attached to the ship via an thermo-electric insulating materials (aerogel foam packets, rubber and nanoconstructed ceramic plates which are twice as strong as steel) that prevent the ship's charged hull from affecting the plates themselves. The plates are hollow, and within them lie highly pressurized BLUR compound that are released into the air when the plates have been hit by a thermal-increase inducing beam, such as a electromagnetic beam or a particle beam. The BLUR released per plate amounts to 1,000 lbs of BLUR each, and when struck by high-energy beams, in coalition, the plates will shroud the surface of the ship in a blooming compound that will spread the energy of the beam across the semi-gaseous cloud. BLUR compounds for reactive armor purposes have been stripped of all chaff and thermal-staggering substances to maximize space for the actual blooming aerosol, which makes BLUR compounds built for reactive armor much more efficient than standard flare or grenade BLUR mixtures.

High-explosive plates work similar to reactive armor in tanks. The plates are made up of generally simple materials, like steel and titanium, and attached to the ship in the same way as bloom effect plates to prevent charged hull composition from affecting the plates themselves. The plates are hollow, and within them lie highly pressurized double-helix octanitrocubane charges, hidden under a highly reactive nitroglicerin charge. When the ship is struck by a kinetic impact, the entirety of the plate blows up in an outwards direction, causing a counter-kinetic effect and thus diminishing the efficiency of kinetic projectiles. Octranitrocubane, nano-manipulated at it's smallest molecules, can be three times as powerful as TNT compounds, making them an extremely potent explosive for use in reactive armor. Each plate holds a charge of 30 tons of TNT, making these plates effectively greatly diminish kinetic impact from mass-driver shells.

In coalition, both the bloom-effect plates as well as the high-explosive plates essentially protect against nearly all kinds of space-age weaponry. When shielded by a particle shield, coupled with the reactive armor, the ship is nearly immune to all damage.

The Ship's Propulsion System

MAG-Drives™ are the only propulsion method used by The Alliance of Noveria - providing sub, near, and faster than light capability. Every MAG-drive™ is composed of five principle components: (1) The Zero-Point Energy Core (2) Separator and Particle Distributor (3) Stream Injector Assembly (4) Main Impeller (5) Rotating Focusing Array.


The Zero-Point Energy Core

The Zero-Point Energy core utilizes the inherent "background" energy within the universe - observable in a complete vacuum. Consequently, the core itself is simply a very large pure-vacuum sphere. However, due to the Hanks-Katsumi Entanglement Principle, background energy photons are inherently linked and coupled with gravitons and anti-gravitons in gravity space. That is to say that a photon of particular energy correlates to a graviton or anti-graviton of equivalent gravitational energy. As a result, these gravitons and anti-gravitons can be harvested from within the core as the ship itself travels through normal space and background energy passes through the core. This is done by using small amounts of previously harvested (or "Igniters" if the core is off-line) gravitons and anti-gravitons to seed what is known as a nucleation site Image. Once a nucleation site has formed, gravitons and anti-gravitons begin to flux out of gravity space into normal space and further into the core. This is driven by a gravity potential which is created by producing graviton and anti-graviton nucleation sites on opposing sides of the core. These free gravitons and anti-gravitons flux to the center of the core to a volatile area known as the Equilibrium Point Image. From here, the graviton/anti-graviton stream fluxes out of the core thanks to a smaller gravitational potential to the next component.

Containment - Containment of the Core is maintained using two major components (not pictured). Fusion cores that use hydrogen fusile mass produce a containment field used to maintain core integrity and manage stream volatility using projectors that line the walls of all major Power Train components. In addition, within the Zero Point Energy Core are small injectors that feed off of gas tanks (usually Xenon) which are used for 'scramming' purposes. In the event of Super-Critical Nucleation (that is that free gravitons and anti-gravitons begin producing additional nucleation sites within the core), the containment gas is automatically injected into the core, negating the vacuum and causing the graviton/anti-graviton nucleation sites to snap shut. This produces a large gravitational flux that can damage the core and as such scramming is avoided at all costs within the realm of safe operation of the ZPE core and the ship itself.

Separator and Particle Stream Distributor

As the freed graviton/anti-graviton stream exits the Zero-Point Energy Core it travels into the Separator and Particle Stream DistributorImage. This component serves two major functions. First, it is used to partition the graviton/anti-graviton stream coming in from the core and direct the separated streams into their respective containment cells Image. At the same time, the Separator and Stream Distributor draws from the graviton/anti-graviton containment cells and injects the required graviton or anti-graviton stream. Using high power directing fields and gravitational potentials, the stream is bent and directed into the next component, the Injector Assembly.

Injector Assembly

After being directed out of the Separator and Particle Distributor, the graviton or anti-graviton stream - dependening on the needs of the propulsor - enter the Injector Assembly Image. Inside the injector assembly, the injector array components use micro-helical impellers to hyper accelerate the graviton anti-graviton stream into a Coalesced-Charged Graviton or Anti-Graviton Stream. Due to the Hanks-Katsumi Graviton/Anti-Graviton Acceleration Principle, graviton and anti-graviton streams hyper accelerated in the injector impeller warp into a graviton/anti-graviton field stream with constituent particles phasing in and out of particle and energy form. This stream also adopts a electrical charge as background energy around it is stressed and subsequently excited. This Coalesced Stream is then directed through two nodes - the Alpha and Beta node - which produce two opposing streams that then enter the Main Impeller.

Main Impeller

The Coalesced Streams, accelerated by the injector assembly, next eneter the Main Impeller Image. In the Main impeller, huge magnetic focusing rings direct and control the opposing Coalesced Streams to form what is known as a compressing, helical stream. Given their equal electrical charge - again, due to the charging of the background energy around them - these two streams oppose each-other and consequently produce greater and greater potential energy between them as the impeller forces them together. This compression action is what earned the stream the name 'Compressing Helical Stream' on account of both its shape and effect Image. Finally, at the end of the impeller, the Coalesced Streams are forced together in a component of the Impeller known as the Torque Field Injector Image. Here, as the streams colide, huge bursts of gravitational and electrical energy are ejected tangentially (with respect to the Stream's original direction) out of the Impeller and into the Rotating Focusing Array. This ejected stream and energy become the Torquing Ejector Stream Image. The remaining and combined Coalesced Stream is then injected out of the rear of the Impeller to become the Primary Linear Stream Image.

Rotating Focusing Array

The Rotating Focusing Array is the principle and final component of the MAG Drive Propulsion Train. This component acts on both the Torquing Ejector Stream and the Primary Linear Stream by using powerful magnetic arrays to force the Ejector Stream and the Primary Linear Stream together. Using the rotational and compressing power of the Torquing Ejector Stream, the Rotating Focusing Array compresses the Primary Linear Stream further and further together, causing the Coalesced Stream's gravitational density to increase. As this density increases, the gravitational force expands exponentially until the Torquing Ejector Stream - which up till now has been acting as the compressing force - combines with the Compressed Primary Linear Stream at a point to the aft of the ship known as the Element Point. This combination of radial energy in conjunction with a high gravitational density produces a massive 'gravity wall' which exerts a large positive or negative force on the ship, allowing for high positive or negative accelerations as well as sustained FTL flight, MAG pulse operations, and even Gravity Termini Jumps.

The Ship's Communications & Electronic Warfare Systems


Communication Module: The Ship Is equipped with two Warfare Logistics Array (WLA™) which Is active at all times and dedicates itself entirely to the following (Filtering, Regulating, Amplifying, Detecting, Locating, Emitting and Decoding any signals before they reach their destination). The WLA™ System Is extremely complex and makes use of Duo-Algorithm™ that constantly mutates when In contact with any type of viscous virus/infiltration that tries to access or unpack dangerous protocols. The constant mutation of the Duo-Algorithm™ makes It impossible to by-pass the filters and enter primary systems, It's reliability Is immense, does not matter how variant the viscous virus/infiltration Is, It will not make It past the filtering stage without It being eradicated and sent back in corrupted particles to It's point of origin. Communications Radius is 9 Parsecs, at any given time.

Logistics Module: The Ship is equipped with two Bouncer Antennas (BA™) that are active at all times, the purpose of the BA™ Is to distort Communications within a 9 Parsecs radius by emitting coded transmissions that originate from ships back at points of origin with a violent rate of repetitions causing disarray and possibly blinding communications for short or extended periods of time, the system can also morph transmissions as they are processed and just before emitting a viral decryption is added that will occupy filtering systems of any ship for quite some time given It's repetitive nature. The BA™ Is also modified to house a Duo-Algorithm™ which can increase In directives to meet potential needs of security depending on the situation. This Array also prevents espionage from occurring by constantly interrupting fencing procedures emitting from Enemy vessels to keep Ally communications safe and free of unwanted interruption. This Is also designed to produce Enemy Blimps (Targets) to disband incoming projectiles, vessel targeting systems or plain old radar inflation.

Sensory Module: This Ship has a very special trait, a mind of It's own. This Ship uses an extremely sensitive array called Anima™ which Is at constant work at all times. This special module monitors every inch, corner and cranny of it's surroundings be it Planets, Ships, Weapons Firing and even Defenses and generates logical scenarios to create a carefully devised ordinance of counter-strike. Not only does this module adapt and understands what It see's but It evolves as It progresses giving It the ability to asses larger and more complex scenarios by adding ever possible solution to It's outcome, once a reliable solution Is comprised It's relayed to a designated Flagship for processing by It's crew.

Laboratory


The Ship houses an advanced Synthesizing Laboratory and are on Decks 151 to Deck 159. These Automated and sometimes staffed Laboratories Is where the Genetic marvel we call Viruses are produced and assembled, the purpose of this Is not entirely disclosed to the public due to certain speculated controversy, but the research conducted within the impenetrable security Is of high octane importance to the Company. Each Laboratory Is divided into sections. The Research & Examination™ Section which dedicates itself to understanding the Virus purpose, where and what It attacks and It's method of Infection. The Development & Structuring™ Section is responsible for assembling the Virus according to the (RE™) precise instructions, this step has no viable organics present due to the high risk of Infection over It's reconstructive cycle. The Bio-hazardous Warfare Section weaponizes the Virus In distinct forms such as Human Host's, Missiles Based Introduction and Airborne Contaminant, the Ship Is highly equipped with Space-Surface Missiles and Specially Fitted to expose the Virus into a Planet's Atmosphere, the Human Host Is more complex though, the Subject Is transported onto the Planet's surface and the Virus can either transition by Physical means or Sexual Adherence, It all depends on the Host's ability to execute the objective, Human Host's are stored In Cryogenic Chambers until their use Is deemed a necessity. The Laboratory makes use of Materialization Door Systems (MDS™) to the Human eye all that Is seen are particles traveling in quick succession from left frame to right, but what they do not know Is that when an Unauthorized individual begins to cross the entryway given the translucent nature of the particles they will cross through your body regardless of armor and will instantly send out a powerful blade of concentrated and packed Fusion Ions that will split your body right through It's axis, simple and effective. Cryogenic Chambers


The Cryogenic Chambers are located all through Deck 100 ending on Deck 149, these Decks are riddled with advanced Cryogenic Chambers capable of holding an individual In suspended animation for extended expenditures of time while providing nutrients and viable oxygen rich liquid, the Chambers connect to the individual via Spinal Attachments that place you In a constant state of awareness with the Ship and what's going on, EVA™ can begin conversations with you, or you can converse with your fellow shipmates, In the event that a Crew Member Is required his/her Chamber will initiate a ''Wake Cycle''. The subject is warmed in a controlled manner and an electrical current is applied to stimulate the heart muscle. The lid of the Chamber opens automatically when the cycle is completed, and the interior lighting increases to full brightness. Most sleepers do not awaken until this time, the total process takes 15 minutes. There are Emergency reawakening procedures, but EVA™ will only invoke them under dire circumstances. ''Flash Thawing'' is dangerous, and the morality rate is high. Emergency heating coils-coupled with a rapid infusion of stimulants, notably adrenaline-can bring a subject out of cryo-sleep In less than five minutes. In such cases, the subject's effectiveness is reduced for several hours and he/she is often disoriented. If a subject fails to wake up, a medical resuscitation package Is located at the end of each row of Cryogenic Chambers. All HM Corporation™ personnel are trained In the use of this medical device, which includes a heart stimulator and a breathing mask. If the subject cannot be revived, the lid of the Chamber should be closed, and the Emergency freezing cycle activated by use of the panel at the base of the unit, or via EVA™. A physician should attend the subject prior to subsequent reawakening. If time Is not of the essence, personnel may utilize the showers usually located adjacent to the Cryogenic Deck. Every Cryogenic Deck has middle-lined security lockers containing Weapons, Armor, Uniforms (Medical Staff) and Tools so waking staff can be rapidly dressed and equipped for combat or medical purposes. *Same Security Measures Apply as the Laboratory*

Recognition System


Recognition Module: This Ship given It's importance makes use of Neurological Synaptic Recognition System (NSRS™), this system Is present In any interior terminal and riddled within every command console aboard the Ship. What the system does Is It detects your Genetic Structure and Genome Code and processes It by cross-examine It with Authorized DNA samples within the Companies records, after which If your RNA Code matches the system's data frame you are given access to the Terminal/Console you desire to use, or Deck you wish to enter. In the event that your DNA, RNA and or Genetic Make-up does not match the system's patterns a Corridor Constraint Shield (CCS™) will be activated and will hold you captive until Authorized personnel arrive to transport you. This CCS™ not only uses Pressured Gravity to force you to the ground, but It sends a constant stream of 60+ electrical waves that keep your nervous system inhibited by blocking your bodies receptive system keeping you motionless In a safe and calm manner, In extreme cases 100+ will be used, which can lead directly to death. In the event that a system Is breached from within, the Ship will destroy all viable data and flood every Deck with Radioactive Emissions for 20 seconds, after which the Ship will decompress all Decks and Flush every single soul into space through Hangers, Docks and Emergency Hatches, once such protocol Is executed the Ship's APD™ will target any and all lifeforms and rip them apart one by one, once this extreme measure I assessed the Ship will emit SOS Transmissions to all Ally Ships, It will then initialize Self-Destruct and time down a count-down of 10 seconds. *There Is no Override, all Cryogenic Chambers are slingshot into space far from explosion reach*

Cloning Laboratories


The Company makes use of a complex Cloning Procedure, this allows the Company too staff itself, produce Test Subjects or even provide an Emergency body to a fallen comrade In the midst of battle to which his conscious will be downloaded into the Clones Centralized Membrane If he Is within a required range of 5 Parsecs. Cloning cannot be used to create an exact duplicate of a living adult. Cloned embryos must grow normally to term In a Human mother or a Neonatal Life Support Unit. Beyond full-form Cloning, there exists the ability to create specific Cloned cells that can be controlled during growth. This allows for the medical practice of creating Cloned Organs from the recipient's own DNA, manufacturing Human blood cells for use in transfusions, or rowing nerve cells to repair certain kinds of paralysis. In some cases, one parent may not be able to donate their own DNA to a child. In these cases, Cloning and Genetic Re-Sequencing can be used to create a viable blended DNA sample for a potential child. As well as the official information listed, there Is a covert method of creating a fully grown Clone In a compressed time frame. This Is called Flash Cloning. This method Is typically used to create Organs, Skin, Blood, and other things that might be needed by a recipient in the shortest possible time. AI Development Chambers


Creating an Artificial Intelligence Is not a simple matter of just ''programming'' a computer. The process Is far more complex and involves recording electrical pulses as they are sent through the neural pathways of a real Human Brain. These imprinted pathways are often then replicated and distributed into a superconducting nano-assemblage. However, this process destroys the tissue of the Original Brain, so the necessary neural scan Is only performed on deceased hosts. One very illegal and dangerous way around this Is by Flash-Cloning Technology. Upon their creation, AI's usually create an individual appearance for themselves, called an Avatar. This look usually corresponds to their ''jobs'' or core applications, combined with individual personality traits. A ''Smart AI'' Is the common term for Artificial Intelligence constructs that have no limitations In their dynamic memory-processor matrix, meaning they can not only absorb and be taught nearly unlimited wealth of information, they can also learn and comprehend from their surroundings and interactions. They also take on personality traits, initially based on their Original Brain Imprint, but then developed from their own experiences and interactions. However, this freedom of thinking makes Smart AI's vulnerable. Because their memory cannot be replaced, the more they fill it up with data, the less space there Is for processing thoughts. Eventually, this creates a degenerative cascade In their systems, known as rampancy, whereby an AI can literally ''think'' itself to death. This flaw In their systems means that Smart AI's normally only function for about eight years. A ''Dumb AI'' are systems that do not require the strongest decision-making capabilities and are fielded with their core matrix fixed and are unable to change. The lifespan of these computers Is limited only by their hardware's endurance. They are saddled with the unflattering moniker ''Dumb AI.'' Dumb AIs are still far more responsive and adaptable than normal computer systems, but they lack the ability to synthesize information In the manner that a Smart AI does. In day-to-day task-oriented operations, such as running a factory, there would be no discernible difference between the capabilities of a Smart or Dumb AI. Dumb AIs do not learn anything that Is outside of the set limits of their dynamic memory-processing matrix. The Dumb AI is able to recognize new situations and make pre-programmed decisions to account for unexpected events. However, It lacks the creativity that a Smart AI has, for example, It cannot comply with a request to ''Make up a story about a Blue Bear''. After being created, an AI exists In any electronic environment that will support It's memory and processing needs, which are considerable. It can move itself between different systems, completely or In fractions of It's processing power. An AI can be ''killed'' If the hardware It occupies Is destroyed, but It is possible for an AI to exist without power to It's systems for an unlimited time. Once powered back on, the AI ''wakes up'' and can continue normally. Technology has been developed that allows an AI to copy itself, but the risks of doing this are considerable because each copy degrades the code core of the AI construct further, making reintegration of the copies likely to result In fatal error.

AI systems are not ''copies'' of the Human Brains that spawn them. They do not have the memories of that individual or the same personality traits, though some do exhibit some traits of their ''donor.'' The process might be crudely compared to an individual with amnesia, who retains the same physical neural patterns they always had,but not a higher-level memory. They might remember the sensation of brushing one's hair, but not what the hairbrush looked like or where It was kept. There does remain a correlation between personality tendencies of the Brain donor and the resulting AI. This Is not 100 percent match any more than a child's personality Is a copy of the parent's, but profiling the donor may indicate the likelihood of certain personality traits being present In the AI. The strongest proof of this effect Is Gender Identity. Without exception, AI systems identify themselves as Male or Female based on the gender of the Brain donor, creating their own voice and visual image In that role. The image created by the AI to represent itself may or may not be similar to the donor's appearance, but It Is always an ''idealized'' projection. In most cases, the holographic image of an AI Is very attractive, and It's characteristics seem to be drawn from the emotive responses at the base of Human behavior.
