 The night was cold in contrary to the heat that had made it's wave over the city. This more than likely meant that there was a storm moving in, though for tonight there was no sign otherwise that the weather would be turning. Cerys was making her way back to her tiny little apartment. She had many offers from fans and security to walk her back, but she was more than done with the fans asking for her autographs and people watching her back. She missed the times when she could freely walk the streets without anyone knowing her name. That wasn't to say that she didn't occasionally find someone who didn't, she wasn't that famous, but in her inner circle it couldn't be further from the truth. She didn't hate the fame, in fact it marked that she was good at what she did and it certainly boosted her ego. However, she did miss when it was only about the dance and feeling the music in your soul.
She continued to make her way down the alleyway, the apartment building was only a block or more down the road, when she heard a noise. She cast a glance over her shoulder, a frown appearing on her lips. Had someone followed her? "Is someone there?" Her thick french accent flowed over her lips.(Feel free to make the noise whatever you like, him, someone after her, a fan.. cat.. I don't care. haha)

 It was late. Like, late late. Like, Cael-should-be-in-bed-but-refused-to-abide-by-social-norms late. But, unfortunately for him, Cael found himself oddly energized once the sun went down. No, he wasn't nocturnal by any means - he just didn't get a lot of sleep. That manifested itself in different ways, depending on the degree of tired he was. This time, he was finding himself to be quite clumsy.
Honestly, he didn't notice it at first. Cael was simply walking down the street in a quiet bliss, as he was prone to do. He was the happy-go-lucky sort and enjoyed long walks by himself, particularly at night. You glimpse the strangest sights after the moon rose high in the sky. He had been so caught up in everything else that by some strange magic he'd completely missed the fact that he was trailing behind a stark white female. At least, until he tripped.
After the fact, he realized it was a newspaper he stumbled over. But in the moment, he was paying enough attention to take notice. He simply tripped, tumbled forward, and shouted "Oh!" quite loudly, bracing himself in case he hit the concrete. Thankfully, he caught himself, but still managed to disturb the unidentified female up ahead. Cael glanced up, cursing himself, when she called out, clearly disturbed by the noise. "It's just me!" He replied to her voice, shaking his head at his own stupidity. Walking forward, he stated, "I'm sorry, miss! Wasn't watching where I was walking, didn't mean to-" 'disturb you,' he finished in his thoughts. But the words never escaped his lips, as the glow of the female's coat became clear under the street lamps as he drew closer. Cael could tell he was staring, but couldn't draw his eyes off of her. She was beautiful, whoever she was.

It took a lot of restraint for Cael not to burst out laughing at her question. In fact, it took so much restraint, that he wasn't able to restrain himself. The laughter started deep in his chest and then burbled out his mouth, loud and clumsy as always. "Hurt you?" He shook his head animatedly, a goofy smile playing upon his lips. "My dear, I could never!" Cael continued shaking his head, finding the idea of him hurting, well,anyone rather absurd.
Pawing forward slowly, Cael stopped before the female, remaining a respectful distance away, and presented her with a low bow, like he'd seen in the movies. "My apologies for scaring you back there, miss." He struggled, avoiding eye contact so as to maintain his wits. All in all, he was avoiding looking at her altogether. But my gods, from his peripheral, she was a sight to behold. Even if she did look like she was about to jump right out of her own coat. "If there's any way I can make it up to you, don't hesitate to ask." Cael grinned, staring off into the distance, just past her. Gods, this was difficult. Koiasi Sorry this took so long! Kick me next time. xD

Ruler of Everything (Man.. I'm so awesome I messed up my own pet's name... It's Nerys, not Cerys... xDDD) (I figure if this ends in him walking off, or whatever, they could meet again in a more public place where she'd feel more comfortable and eventually loosen up. xDD)

Cael sighed, seeing her fumbling around in her purse for who knows what (but it certainly couldn't be good). "Look, Miss..." he glanced up into her eyes and blushed so furiously he had to look back down again. "My most sincere apologies. I truly didn't mean to frighten you." Taking a deep breath, he looked back up - this time, avoiding all chance of eye contact. "I don't want to alarm you further, so I'll be on my way." Cael bowed deeply, almost comically so, and stumbled forward and beyond her, blushing madly. What a strange night.
Koiasi She can either call him back or I can start another RP where they stumble into each other in the light of day, up to you. xD
