Teplin sorted his equipment. He donned his badge under his custom white shirt, strapped his Katana to his waste,slipped his updated pack on, holstered his chargeable tazer, he rolled up his window after figuring out his trunk window was still functional. Satisfied he had his things secure inside he turned around making sure to memorize the location of his car since he planned to return once the sun started to set. He walked into the tree line and into the forest to survey the area. "Lets see what i can find." (Exit to- forest)
Teplin walked up to his Volkswagen beetle, "Well here it is guys, my car. This old thing is my first car and it seems that ill need to get a new one." It was under the sand just enough to make it immovable and you could only see the top third of the wheels. He walked around to the back, popped open the back window and emptied the supplies into the back seat. "Well, I'm ready to help you guys gather stuff to take back." He slipped his empty pack back on and walked up to Red and Nick. He still had his badge under his shirt, his tazer holstered under his arm and his katana at his waist.
Red looked at the car with a raised eyebrow, not expecting it to just be sitting like that. How did it even get here? Did they just drop it from the sky or something? She pouted, looking at the tide, "Maybe we should move it up shore a bit? Especially if you're gonna stay in there. It's not exactly out of the splash zone..."
Nick had made sure that Red didn't get to far behind him while also making sure not to drag behind Teplin either; not wanting to lose sight of either one as they made their way to the car. When he saw the vehicle he rubbed the back of his head in thought. The show directors this time around really had been careless this year. "It looks pretty buried as is. We'd need some more manpower to push that thing out from where it is, or get some rope to help pull it out too." Nick said in regards to Red's suggestion. "For now we should focus on finding what we can to eat. We can work on the car tomorrow since we're losing what little light we have."
"Right..." She looked up and around, searching for anything they could possibly get on the beach. The water was a little hard to see into, but there could be fish. She could also see a couple crab dunes near some rocks. "We should search around here for anything useful. There's not much, but there could be some crabs over there. There might be some stuff in the trees, but I don't know how well you guys can climb..."
Teplin shrugged, "Well at least its not going to be flooded. It is on the edge of the high tide so... I should be fine tonight. really." He listened to Red and said, "Climbing's not really my specialty but I'd be just fine. My old gym instructor made sure I can do all sorts of athletic and physical activities."

"I'm not the most amazing tree climber in the world I'll admit." He shrugged in thought as he looked around, and spotted something glinting further down the beach. "Hey, you guys see that over there?" He asked both of them as he pointed it out.
Teplin squints, "Nah... wanna check it out though? I'll be right behind you." He secured a hand on his katana's hilt and tilted it forward in case of trouble.
Red looked in the direction he pointed, squinting until she noticed it,"Yeah, what is that?" Red followed them down the beach, staying back a bit, in case if something else caught her eye.
Nick led the way once again as they started their way down the beach. When they got to whatever it was it had been a small chest with polished metal. Chuckling at the sight of it he soon knelt down and opened it; the hosts would never booby trap something so he knew it was safe. It was empty however, save for a note that he picked up. "Congrats on finding one of the many hidden stashes on the island. Hope you're ready to get wet for your first prize. For it lies under falling waters." He read aloud before glancing back at the others. "I'm going to go ahead and guess they're referring to the waterfall."

Teplin chuckled as well. "I should have guessed there was a water fall on the island." he went over to the chest. "Hey we could use this back at the camp for extra storage!"
"I guess the first clue is the easiest... That wasn't very tricky. What does the stash even contain?" She crossed her arms, looking around. If they went off on some random quest now, it would be dark out soon. And they were supposed to be finding food... But, then again. If it's a stash, maybe there was some cool loot in it... "It would be good to have... But maybe we would leave it with the car for now, so we don't have to carry it around with us?"
(Welcome back Normal. 3nodding) "It can contain things from food supplies to some useful equipment, or even just new clothes. But since this is definitely one of the first clues we're meant to find. I bet it'll be food." Nick said sounding confident about it. "We can leave this chest here and bring it back later, or one of us can take it back to camp while the other two head out to find the stash at the water fall. I don't think the river as that far from where we are."
