A being of incredible power that is said to live beneath the waves of the Sensate Sea where only the most powerful sea creatures dwell. In fact there are a decent number of Elves who worship at the Shrines to the Drowned God. Many flock to the Sensate Sea to drink some of its blessed water or to be drowned and reborn under the gaze of the Drowned God. Even those that die are said to be honored and allowed to feast and frolic in the watery halls of the Drowned God for eternity.
