~Valentine Mansion~

An old, abandoned mansion that was said to have been haunted. Random spirits roam these grounds as though it was a holy area of sorts. Though abandoned the internal structure of this mansion in one of great beauty. There is a strong barrier around this place to keep out intruders. This barrier is kept alive by the Quincy Sages that live within its walls. This is their hiding place and also their training ground. It is their home and only those that are acquainted with the Sages or yearning to become a Sage themselves are allowed to enter its walls. Once one of the original Quincy Sage is beaten, the eligible Quincy that fought the Sage is given their rank. There are five spots that can be taken up at a time.
When wanting to take a Sage's spot, they are taken to a special training ground in order to do battle to the death, however, because of its holy properties, if one dies then they are revived on the spot and must wait one day [24 hours] to challenge the Quincy Sage again. However, one doesn't choose their opponent, instead it is completely up to fate by picking a number between one and five [generate a random number between 1-5] and however that number is will be the Quincy Sage that one will do battle with in order to try and claim their spot.

The Seele Schneiders function as accumulators, gathering the necessary amount of spirit particles to create the explosion. The power of this Explosion equals the Quincy's SP *2.50

Description: With their vast knowledge, the Quincy Sage/Lord have discovered ways to infuse the element of electricity when using the Flying Screen Step. When 'stepping' they move at 1.5x their speed. Though at the same time because of the friction of moving through the air so fast a static effect builds around their legs. Infusing their reishi within this electricity, at the cost of 5 SP they may launch this electricity towards the opponent in a long ranged slice. It moves at Electric Screen Step's speed and the opponent will be paralyzed for one post on connection if their Spiritual Power is lower than the user. The Quincy Sage/Lord may use one Electric Screen Step for every 50 base reiatsu they have.

Description: The Sages/Lords are among the most wisest and trickiest of all of the Quincy. The have amazing battle experience and are quite aware of all the directions where the opponent would predict them to sprout from. however, this way is much more sly and can be used either for a quick attack or a quick getaway. When forming an arrow, when they release it, the arrow will immediately implode upon itself as though it back fired. A smoke is released around the area of the Quincy that will briefly mask their reiatsu. The Quincy then takes this time to burrow into the ground [ice, water, ground, etc], using this technique which will thrust them into the ground, moving at 1.5x their speed. They can either make a hasty getaway, or move towards the opponent and strike from underground by sprouting up and attack. This technique consume 5 SP per usage and can be used once for every 50 base reiatsu the user has.

Description: A secret technique that has been taught through only the Sages/Lords, instead of taking the time to create [buy] a Seele Schneider, the Quincy have taught themselves how to create a short ranged weapon from a pure reishi arrow. When forming a Quincy arrow, the Sage is able to reshape it into their melee weapon of choice out of a staff, sword, axe, gauntlet, scythe, etc . However much spiritual power the Sage pours into the weapon is what its strength and durability by 1.50x is and also has the properties of a Seele Schneider. Once this weapon is broken the Sage/Lord must wait three posts before creating another weapon. Also costs 5 SP every two posts to maintain.

At the cost of 10 SP per person that is being healed, the Quincy Sage/Lord is able to use Healing Strings on any ally and restores/increases their Stamina by 25 points every two turns this is active. Though the Quincy can't attack while performing this technique, they are still able to evade and move.

Description: The Quincy Lords and Sages, while normally only able to learn the Class Techniques of basic-classes; have created one exception - the Bowstring Bypass; a skill mastered through possessing the heart of a warrior. With this technique, the user may fire arrows without having to pull back their bowstring, simply pointing and firing. The arrows are as strong as normal, and cost nothing extra. The speed rate at which arrows are fired is two times greater than normal, not making the arrows move quicker, but allowing the user to fire off more than usual. As long as the user is able to move the wrist and hand which holds the bow, arrows may be fired. This technique will work in conjunction with any other technique based around the Quincy Bow, such as Scatter Shot or Double Shot.
