SANCTUARY - THE MASKED GENERAL ORGANIZATION


Situated in the depths of Hueco Mundo is a massive, beautiful city that is known as Sanctuary. A place for Vizard and any other beings that the creator and head Vizard of this city desires to thrive within it. Though the main building, as seen as the crown of the picture, is strictly forbidden except to those that have achieved the highest ranks of the Masked Generals. Sanctuary hovers off of the ground, constantly strolling along through Hueco Mundo. Sanctuary has three sets of defenses:
The Maze: As shown in the picture, the massive maze surrounds Sanctuary in a forty-five mile radius. Its walls are made of the white sand in Hueco Mundo and is solidified, however, if trying to be knocked down by brute force then that area will simply break into a sand compound and any attack against it will be ineffective. Though against flying threats, these sand walls can grow or shrink in order to block the enemy off.
The Barrier: There is a dark barrier around the Sanctuary City itself called Mirror Wall. This barrier has an ability known as Mirror Force which will simply deflected any attack or projectile heading towards at and send it back to the opponent at the same power and speed.
The Grindery: Sanctuary's strongest and last resort defense...or just the defense to make quick work of the enemy. The main building of Sanctuary also doubles as a moving tower. Should Sanctuary be under attack and this is its last defense, the main building of Sanctuary will break away from the rest of the city and will sprout tank like wheels. Literally becoming a moving fortress for a hasty retreat. It's defenses include extremely powerful cannons that fire projectile blasts one after the other, hundreds of cannons are secretly mounted inside.
Inside is the main building is a series of well-furnished halls and rooms where Vizards may relax, lit by lighting of unknown origin. Many styles have been set into Sanctuary for the different tastes of its members, from plain and simple to the gaudiest room one might imagine. Also inside on the second floor is a most beautiful garden where small magical fairies thrive in happiness and innocents, this garden takes up just about the entire floor and can be exited by a door at each direction that lead to staircases leading both up and down the floors.
In the center of the main building is a large hallway with eight statues, and below these, eight pedestals, each marked with an English numeral from one to eight. These pedestals are where the most powerful Vizards sit or stand, at their discretion (Vizards do not often place much value on formality, preferring to do as they wish).

Description: Vizards who are not allowed to learn from the Shinigami Academy may instead learn on their own. However, every time they attempt to learn a Kidou, they must add the four additional posts to learn Adaption every single time. This makes up for the fact that Vizards are unable to learn it through proper instruction, making it take longer to learn. New Kidou added may also be learned.
Other: To learn Kidou, the user must remain in the Vizard Organization for the duration of learning it.

Description: Vizards are known for the ability to generate armor that is very similar to a Hollow's, and this technique hones that power by compacting the reishi in the armor to grant a 50% boost to the user's Defense for one Gaian post every 10 Sp the Vizard puts into this stat.

Description: Regrowth is a powerful technique that allows the user to rapidly heal any wound on themselves for 10 SP. It should be noted that while the cost is the same for whether the attack is a tiny cut or a fatal blow, it is only able to be applied on one wound. Even if the two are right next to each other, if they do not connect, they are separate wounds and must be healed separately. In addition only one wound can be healed per post.

Name: Neo Cero - 10 Posts (1000 words)

Description: The Vizard Variation of a Cero, this power gathers energy from the surrounding enviornment and mixes it with the user's own power to fire a Cero-class attack from the palm, as opposed to the fingertips used in other Cero attacks. Because of the high amount of energy needed to perform this technique, it cannot be used on Earth as there is a distinctive lack of Reishi there when compared to Hueco Mundo and Soul Society. The attack's strength is 1.5x the user's SP.
Other: Mask Required for use. Only usable in Hueco Mundo and Soul Society.

Description: The Burst Shot is a basic Vizard Offensive technique utilizing both Kidou-like offensive Shinigami abilities and the Garganta Hollow power. Natural hybrids, Vizards are able to perform these stunts. The Burst Shot is started by the user extending the thumb, index, and middle fingers of one hand, and energy will be gathered on the end of the fingers. This first part is Shinigami power. The second stage is where the user lifts their hand up like it was recoiling from a shot. The technique is sent out, but does not actually cross the air. Instead, a Garganta-like effect takes place and the energy is warped across the dimension to the target, whereupon it promptly explodes.
Other: Mask not required for use. Only a medium-strength attack; has a high chance to hit, but won't do serious damage. Easy to see coming if the speed of the target is higher than the user's. Usable once per Gaian post.

Their mask extends and grows, wrapping and protecting their body in a cocoon-like hollow mask. Blocking any single attack that was directed towards them. However, in return their mask shatters and can't be reformed for three Gaian posts. This ability can only be used once per battle and the Masked General must sacrifice 10 SP and Stamina to perform the technique.

Description: By absorbing their mask, the Mask General can actually gain Stamina and Spiritual power that they put into their mask. Once per battle when this mask is absorbed into the Masked General's body, they gain half the stamina and spiritual power back that they had lost for using their class abilities [Viz Mask, True Mask, OoD, and Inner Release]. This does not effect points that were removed by any other means than Vizard Class Abilities and has a cool-down of five posts, but can only be used twice per battle.

Description: When their mask shatters the remnants are filled with explosive reishi and scatter about the area where it fell apart. Like a Remote/Land Mine it can be detonated when stepped on by the opponent or mentally triggered by the user. The mask remnants covered a five meter radius and when detonated it holds the power of the user's SP x2 and has a cost of 10 SP and Stamina. This can only be used when a Masked General mask shatters from over-usage or by other means such as cancellation.

Description: By sacrificing their mask for two posts the Masked General can bind an opponent for one post at the cost of 10 Spiritual Power. Their mask turns into spiritual particles and dissipates into the air. However, these particles soon return as they begin swarming around the opponent with the wind. The particles then form into two massive Vizard Masks that resemble the shape of the user that sacrificed their mask, and ensnares the opponent in a hollow yet binding cage, holding them captive for one post. Though the cage only holds an opponent with less than 2x spiritual power or defense than the Masked general.

The third eye resembles one of a hollow and rests on the forehead area of their mask. It costs 10 spiritual power per post and doubles their Spiritual Power for 5 posts.

Description: A very unique Cero only known to the Vizard-kind. Unlike Neo Cero, this can be used in any dimension with spirit particles. Absorbing nature's light and dark energy, the Masked General creates a swirling sphere of reishi in their palm. Swirling with white and black energy. This energy turns a shining platinum before firing. At the cost of 15 Spiritual Power, the Masked General can fire off this Cero that ,like all Cero, expands out when fired, this one expanding out up to thirty feet in length and width. Holding the power of the user's Spiritual power x3. Because of the raw power of this technique it can only be used once every other post.

Afterwards they take that number x2 to determine the sword's speed and power. [EX: Speed+SP+Strengthx2=Sword's Power]. Like the mask, the sword costs 10 Stamina every two gaian posts to maintain.
