The techniques listed here are still in progress of being edited. Mostly the Words required to learn them (if the technique mentions a number of posts, multiply that number by 100 to get the number of words) will stay the same and the general effect of the ability will remain the same as well. Any mentions of multipliers (EX: Strength x2) will be changed into plus boosts (EX: Strength +10).


::Warehouse District::


Also on the very same path that leads to the Karakura high school, there is yet another path that does not have to deal with a old abandoned hospital. Down this path is instead the large warehouse district which a few people of the town end up making a living, by working within this district nearly every day. Built with the same district is a few storage buildings, scaffoldings and other structures that belong within a area such as the warehouse district.

In the Warehouse District in one of the large unused Warehouses, Mod-Souls can train their techniques.

Name: Iron Body: 6 Posts (600 words)
Type: Defensive
Element: None
Range: Self
Class: Mod Soul
Description: A technique in which the user hardens his or her muscles to be as hard as iron in order to nullify damage taken from attacks. However, it can be broken by strong enough forces. The user's defense is buffed by either their strength or their SP (they decide) while Iron Body is being used. However, despite the density that one gains by using this technique, one should remember that the user's body is still flesh and blood, making it as vulnerable as ever to spiritual power attacks. The Sp or Strength used to buff their defenses is lost but can be gained back through rest or energy pills.

Name: Finger Gun: 6 Posts (600 words)

Range: Short, Arm length.
Class: Mod Soul
Description: A technique in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound. If opponent's defense if 1.5x greater than the users SP or Strength (whichever is higher) then the effect is greatly lessened on the opponent and if they are 2x stronger than the Mod-Soul they are unaffected.

Description: A projectile technique in which the user kicks out at very high speeds and strength releasing spirit power as they are doing so, cutting the air, sending out a sharp circular glowing blue "air blade" that can slice objects and greatly damage a human body. The blade is two feet long and travels at as fast as the user’s speed, being as strong as their Sp.

Class: Mod Soul
Description: A technique in which the user actually jumps off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual. Can be used to cross great distances without ever touching the ground, or set themselves up for swift, aerial attacks. Despite its many advantages, it has a major weakness: since its use revolves around the feet, the technique can be disrupted if the user's legs are restrained or pinned down. It should be noted that this does not speed the user it, they are going their normal speed when they use this.

Description: User kicks off the ground at least 10 times in the blink of an eye in order to move at high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack faster. This skill is actually 1.2x faster than their base speed as it was created for Mod-Souls to be able to deal with unruly Shinigami.

Description: At the cost of 2 SP per Gaian Post, increase Speed by 1.25x. This was designed to help Mod-Souls catch unruly shinigami but since their expulsion from Soul Society they have put it to various other uses.

Description: While out of battle a Mod-Soul can suppress their spiritual power down to the level of a human. By doing this they are able to hide in plain sight so to speak, it was created in hopes of allowing them to evade Soul Society. When exiting this state their power is instantly noticeable to those in the immediate area and to enter the state they have to have been out of battle for a full Gaian post.

Name: Terrain Modification: 8 Posts (800 words)
Type: Support

Class: Upgraded Mod-Soul
Description: A special technique that taps into the power of the natural elements within the Mod Soul's surroundings' and uses them to Alter the terrain area around them. For example, someone could cause a nearby boulder to break down into hundreds of sand grains and form a sand veil around themselves; or use water from a river or lake to form a rainstorm. However, this technique is limited in the fact that it cannot create nor transform matter; only alter and move what already exists. Therefore; one could not, for example, flood a desert; or instantly turn an avalanche into a mass of steam. This skill also cannot affect Weapons or Technique attacks.

Class: Upgraded Mod-Soul
Description: A powerful mix of the Mod Soul's natural physical abilities, and their spiritual powers. Thrusting their palm out; they can strike an opponent for physical-based damage without having to come too close to Physcial damage themselves. It costs 10 SP to use, and its power is equal to the Mod Soul's Strength + SP. However, this thrust does have a small delay time; and thus an opponent with higher speed than the Mod Soul can still dodge normally.

Name: Force Palm Pin-Down: 9 Posts (900 words)

Class: Upgraded Mod-Soul
Description: A unique binding ability that uses the power of Force Palm to pin an opponent down to the ground for one gaian post. An opponent can resist the binding if their Spirit Power or Strength is greater than the Mod Soul's Spirit Power. Costs 5 SP and has a 3 gaian post cooldown.
Other: Requires Force Palm before learning

Name: Warp Gigai: 12 Posts (1200 words)

Range: 25 Feet
Class: Double Soul
Description: Modifying the Double Soul's ability to control multiple Gigai; this technique only works if the Double Soul possesses multiple Gigai to use. The Double Soul quickly swaps from one gigai to another using a portal-like method; sacrificing 30 SP to do so; and uses the Gigai they abandoned as a decoy for attacks for the Gaian post this technique is used. Naturally; this will render the sacrificed Gigai useless for the duration of the battle; but it's a small cost for escape potential death!
Other: Can be used once per battle per extra gigai the user possesses. Obviously, if the user is only in possession of one gigai; they cannot use this technique, as there is no other Gigai to warp to. The Gigai used to warp to must be your own.

Name: Tri-Beam: 12 Posts (1200 words)
Type: Offensive
Element: N/A
Range: 50 Feet
Class: Powered Soul
Description: The user cups their thumbs and pointer fingers together; forming a triangle between their hands. Expending 10 Stamina per use of this technique; the Powered Soul sends a powerful, focused thrust of gravitational energy towards an opponent, with power equal to their Strength + SP. The blast also has the ability to knock back opponents a distance of 1/4 their Speed in feet; and can be used once per Gaian Post. When combo'd over multiple turns, with no other techniques used between blasts; the Tri-Beams following the first will only cost 5 Stamina as opposed to 10.

Description: The user can buff up a weaker stat with a stronger one for a short period of time. It allows them to add half of their highest stat to a stat of their choice for ten Sp or Stamina per Gaian post activated. This is extremely draining on the Mod-Soul and they can only use this technique once in a battle.
