This is Medic 81-4 to all units. I am still unknown eta to location "Echo to anyone on local, I don't know this area real well and there's no damn GPS in this ambulance!" (Echo was down some dark street and passed rosies bar and some kids ran out in front of the ambulance passing by. He squelched his sirens and tried to get through)

Deputy 30's on scene, one patient out of cardiac arrest, one patient in, CPR in progress. "How long has the CPR been going on?" Spectre asked the medic from Medic 81 as he grabbed his bag. Deputy 30 to Medic 81-4, advise you jump the highway the minute you can, you'll be the first one here. Call Central for directions if needed, or use the map book.

Deputy 30 to 81-4, grab your litter, bag & monitor. You'll be taking the EMT. 81-2, you can take the initial patient. "Hang in there, Doug!" Spectre said as he moved to start compressions. "Bus is here, just hang in there!"

"Yes Sir"
Echo went over to the ambulance and set up chest pads on the patient. The right pad went on his lower right side and the right pad right above his heart. He Looks over to the EMT beside him and then looks over to Spectre and Clark.
"Charging...Charging...Stand by. Ready!"
The defibrillator goes off and jolts the patient. Nothing.
"Charging again. Stand by. Now!"
A second jolt commences. Nothing
"Damnit guy don't play dead with us here. Okay here we go. Charging. Char..Stand by. GO!"
A third charge jolts the patient and still nothing.
"Sir we need to do CPR, Permission to do so or keep using the defib?

"Get him in the bus, then do CPR. Have your medic push Epi once a line has been established." Spectre said as he was getting ready to resume compressions. "The sooner we get the drugs in, the better."
