♦ Only biological opposite gendered gryphons can breed, However, this does not exclude same sex or single parents from being parents. You may have a surrogate or adopt to start a family.

Breeding
♦ Breedings are a free service.
♦ Cross breeding between species is allowed. There will be a 75 percent chance that cubs take on mothers species and a 25 percent chance cubs will take on dads species.
♦ Breedings some times may be RP Required. 2 completed rps will be needed from each parent unless stated otherwise. (completed rps have a beginning and and an end and must be at least 500 words or more.)
♦ Couples do not have to be a forever life mated situation. We welcome all types of families.
♦ Breedings only happen between consenting adults. No rape.
♦ Breedings will have a chance at 2 - 4 to a litter. We'll roll for results.
♦ Each ooc person involved may only keep 1 hatchling per breeding. The rest must be gifted off if there are more. Friends may only receive 1 hatchling per breeding as well so you can't give all the other cubs to one person. Spread the love <3.
♦ You can not sell the offspring / bribe for offspring.
♦ You can either host or ask the shop to host a contest for offspring. Set up a thread in the event forum.
♦ Cosplay breedings can result in in character off spring. Pokemon breedings can result in pokemon babies if both parents are in the same egg group. Ect ect.
♦ Hatchlings will always be a gen more than the highest gen parent. Example: Gen 2 x Gen 5 would result in Gen 6 offspring.
♦ Couples may use throw backs from their families. Adopted gryphons may not use their adopted parents as throw backs because they do not share biological genes.
♦ Couples that have bred must wait until either offspring has reached adult or 2 months time to breed again.
