-Who are we?-
We are a Christian based poll guild. This means that we will have Christianity-related content within the guild, but not necessarily that the guild will be flooded with spiritual things. It is more of a normal poll guild, but the main target being Christian people.
-Why are we here?-
We know that a lot of the poll guilds out there tend to separate the spiritual realm from the material one, as well as them being places where immoral or unappropriate content are usually posted. These things do not help in building up the character of a Christian person.
We are here to provide Christians of a nice place to talk, take and create polls, including a special subforum where sermons, meditations, and such can be placed. We want to help and contribute both in the entertainment and unity of Christians as a community, but as well to provide some nourishment for their souls.
-What if I'm not a Christian?-
You are welcomed too! Polls Of Light does not exist to discriminate others. We will have Christian content in the guild, but we will not force you to get converted. Everyone, on the other hand, must adhere to specific guidelines that will help us all to be able to get along.
-Which are the rules or things to keep in mind?-
1. Please make a poll for every thread. Since this is a poll guild, it will be expected.
2. Please be active, however not so active that it ruins your walk with Christ. I wouldn't want anybody to skip church, or put down the Bible often to come here and lounging around all the time.
3. GOD Loves you, remember that!
4. About spaming, I don't particularly care if you do it in the main forum, however the subforums are to keep to the topics of the subforums.
5. Follow Gaia TOS.
6. No Immoral posts please. A reason for why I created this guild was because some of the other poll guilds have some inappropriate language. Gaiaonline has created a filtering system; that system doesn't work that well because I can still make out what the words are. Therefore this guild has been created; also, if you have something in your signature that you think might be offensive, please change that before entering the guild.
7. This is a sanctuary: Please no flaming non believers; non believers likewise. I know as Christian we'd like to share the gospel with others, however If someone says "no thank you," then do not insist.
