Yes this is a good idea, they did install one in the Union Flag mobile suit.
That was more of graham's stubbornness to follow through with his promise and destroy a gundam with a flag, he even needed his friend to call his uncle to requisition one of the gn drives. In actual performance, it was extremely inefficient and the majority of particles came directly from the drive. The flag, and by extension the enact, are not proper designs to incorporate GN Condensers or other tech. Even the celestial being flag relied on normal propulsion method and uses gn particles for its beam cannon on the sword, and the Tieren all terrain thar used gn particles only had a Condenser for the rifle, and used normal propulsion.
