1. I know you provided a lot of picture links for Tenchi's appearance. However, would you mind adding in a written description as well please? Just in case the links stop working for any reason. 2. I'd like to see a bit more written on his personality. One sentence leaves far too vague of an impression. If you could provide a full paragraph then that would be sufficient. 3. You need to add in your spells. D-ranks are allowed a maximum of 5 spells so either of the following combinations would work: 3 C-rank spells, 1 B-rank, and 1 A-rank OR 2 C-rank spells, 2 B-rank, and 1 A-rank. *Note: this might change if Seph and/or Shikairu approve* Additionally, if you intend on using custom spells instead of the canon spells then you will need to post those in the custom spells thread to have them approved. 4. More of a question than a correction here. Do you think your character would suffer from motion sickness or no? I know it typically affects higher ranking characters. If you think so, then you would need to add that under battle weaknesses. 5. Mana amount for D-ranks is 350. The 120 you currently have would only apply to the stats section just below the mana amount. 6. Canonically speaking, if Tenchi met a Lightning Dragon then that would make him over 400 years old. Go ahead and post them. I'll take a look and give you any pointers I can. Feel free to look at the other Dragon Slayer characters (Sora Kunagi specifically since he is a D-rank too) in order to get an idea.

A little bit better but you're still missing a few things. 1. The spells need to have a post count and/or post cool-down. Basically, for how many posts can the character use the spell- 1, 2, 3 or more? In terms of post cool-down, the number of posts it takes for a character to be able to use that spell again (used mostly for more powerful or magic intensive spells).
2. Spells need a range. How close must the character be to his opponent in order to perform the spell? How far? Things like that. Some spells even require a description of their height or depth, depending on the specifics of the spell.
3. This doesn't have to do with your spells per say. I happened to glance back at the mana section and saw that you had changed the numbers for the stats as well (physical defense, magical defense, physical offense, etc.). Those cannot have a total more than 120, like you originally had them. Only the mana amount needs to be 350. Stats and mana are different. smile

You don't need a cool-down post for either if you don't want to. Like I said earlier, the cool-downs are for more advanced spells to keep them from being spammed. Completely up to you on that one though. Also, you can increase both spells up to C-rank if you so wish.
