This Geist is preparing to propose to their special someone... can you help them find the perfect ring, and walk them through a good proposal?
Note: This is a 2 part contest, you must design a ring and write a roleplay response with the Geist proposing to their special someone.
Instructions:
Design an engagement ring! The ring can be drawn or described in text. Neither option is better than the other! In the correct section of the form, describe how this character wishes to propose to their future someone! Once you've written your response, PM it to Roserain. Please title the PM "My Future Is". You must post in this thread stating that you sent a PM.

Username: [CLASSIFIED] Ring Description:The ring. A large amethyst set in white and rose gold, enshrined within a ‘star’ or ‘flower’ of diamonds. Describe Proposal: Without telling his lover of his intentions, Dai would take his lover out on all of their old dates. He’d draw it out a little, just to keep his lover in the dark. There would be no reveal for the first couple of weeks. Just a slow build, reminding them of how much they loved each other. Reminding them of the time when he stole one of their most important textbooks, just to get their attention. Of how later that day they’d studied together, with his lover’s head in his lap as he read aloud. Of the hollow tree that they’d visited as children, the one in which he’d hidden a cache of his lover’s possessions-- only for them to find and retrieve them. Of how they’d laughed together at his boldness in stealing his father-in-law-to-be’s favorite cravat pin. He’d given it back… eventually.
He’d take them to their favorite haunts, to that spot on the bridge that overlooks the water just right on a moonlit night. The restaurant where they’d shared their first meal as a couple. He wouldn’t propose there. He would, however, steal a cherished necklace from the other, which he’d give them back when they went to bed that night, as though it were a gift he’d found them. When at long last he felt certain that he’d made his point clear, when they had revisited so many memories and shared so many laughs, he’d take his lover back to that spot on the bridge. With a little sleight of hand, he’d pluck the ring from behind their ear. “What’s this?” he’d say, retrieving the box to present to his lover. “Seems like something of yours has gone missing.” And as they opened the ring box, he’d kneel down before them. “Be mine, my star? Forever? You’ve already stolen my heart.”
Username: [CLASSIFIED] Ring Description: A silver band with a chunk of watermelon tourmaline in the center. The band splits into a claw-like formation around the center gem and is lined with diamonds, and the words "Forever and always" are engraved on the inside. It's an unconventional choice, but clearly one that was made with good taste in mind.
Asher could barely wait until he came home, the wait was almost unbearable. The Geist had forced himself to sit down on the couch at least five times now, only to sprint up to the window in hopes his boyfriend was coming up the steps. He fidgeted with the box in between checks and glanced at his watch. Five minutes, three minutes, maybe less? Maybe he should've asked before he went to work? He shut his eyes, breathed, and jumped as the front door opened.
"Marcus! You're home!" He shouted, practically sprinting toward the other. "I... Uh..."
He paused, barely noticing the grocery bags his boyfriend had in his hands, and dropped down on one knee.
"Marry me! ... I mean, uh, Marry me? No-UH-UH-" He stammered, staring straight up to Marcus and blushing profusely. "UH-UH-We've been dating for three years and I want to make us official, so uh-uh-Will you ma-"
His voice was broken by a sudden kiss from Marcus, and when they parted, Marcus was laughing.
"What's so funny?" Asher asked.
"You could've been more eloquent, that's all." Marcus teased.
"Well, I can't be poetic when I'm nervous, you know that!" Asher replied.
Username: [CLASSIFIED] Ring Description: Claddagh made of silver metal, with little sapphires on heart and tiny diamonds on the band of the ring. Describe Proposal: Trivinden started to get ready as soon as his girlfriend left to go have dinner with her friends. He dressed all in black and headed over to her apartment and spent all night stealing everything from her apartment and leaving only the ring. Then he waited for her to come home to see her reaction.
