1. Follow the Gaian TOS.-No really, jsut because this is a guild doesn't mean we are safe from it-2. Role plays that don't get posts for a month, will be deleted. The creator will get a PM warning them of impending deletion.-One month inactiveness is called a NEAR DEATH RP so you better take care of your RP-
3. Do not Kill, Control, etc. Another users Role Play characters without prior permission from that person.-No really, it would be rude. Make sure to discuss your plans via PM or the OOC section of the subforum-4. No Godmodding. Auto-hit, Auto-dodge, One-Shots, Location warping, etc.-This can potentially break teh mood of other RP'ers so you better keep that in mind-
5. Do not ruin another users story, this includes making it all about you.-It is rude and not ideal. Unless it is a 1x1 RP and you are the main character but keep it in a level where all of you are enjoying-6. Keep swearing, Gore, and Romance on a PG-13 level. -Keep in mind that we have 13 year olds. That and posting mature content is a violation with teh gaia TOS.
7. Follow the guidelines and rules that the RP you are portraying has.-Make sure you do cause it will help make the RP into a better one-
8. Enjoy the RP-this is the most important rule of all. If you are not enjoying the RP then the RP is considered not worth your while which can potentially kill the RP-

"How do I RP?"
First, you look for a genre or an RP that you suit best and are most comfortable with. Then you write a story based on the scene, plot and timezone of the said RP. The story continues on and how the path shifts will depend on the RP'ers"What kind of RP's are there?"
There are plenty of RP's depending on the genre. We have fantasy, adventure, school life and even fanfict. The possibilities are endless and the only limitation is your imagination."Seems good enough? Great then now you know the basics of an RP, I'm guessing you would want to join one. Which leads us to the question..."

Easy, it depends on the RP you joined. Some have character skeletons, some are jsut a drop by RP and some arejust a simple story teller. You base it on the rules of the RP you joined. Intro/Rules/FAQ/Guides

"Well, there really isn't much advice I can give you, but here are some of the things that made me enjoy RP"
1. Have a story that other people can relate to.If it's an anime, then make sure majority of the people know it. Same thing applies when it comes to all fan fiction type of RP. 2. Keep a Steady and Happy community,.-If you can maintain your RP in this way, then chances are your RP won't die down easily- 3. Think of a simple plot and story line.-Your RP doesn't have to be complicated. It can be simple yet fun at the same time. You can have a simple University RP or even one with powers but amke sure the story line isn't difficult to understand.-
4. Try adding pictures to the RP-It is nice to add pictures so that it will be easier to visualize the story. It's not required but it will help out alot- That is the only advice I need to give you really, now we have a post here in the subforum made by our one and only satanizmihomedog called Everything You Want to Know About Role-Play Layouts. It has a detailed explanation in making a flashy RP yet simple.
So, what are you waiting for? Let the RP spirit flourish in you veins!
