Ivory is the youngest of her household and it was a small one at that too. And for some reason, she was just sick all the time. Because of her strangely failing health, she was very behind in school. She spent most of her time in a hospital or in her room under medical watch while she studied and had tutors visit her. While her body was weak, her mind craved knowledge with a ferocity that made her woes almost vanish. As she neared adulthood she managed to get most of her worst issues under control to explore the world around her. It was then she realized she was nervous around almost anyone. It was on her 'travels' she met a hybrid by the name of Skysong. The poor womans wing was broken from a tumble and she was struggling to get help. Using her minimal knowledge of medicine, Ivory bandaged her wing up good enough and then helped her to a nearby clinic. Through this interaction, she realized she wanted nothing more than to help those who needed it.

To be a doctor! While in the office waiting for her new friend to exit, she sat with a group of young nekos and read to them, watching pain fade from their faces and be replaced with joy and excitement. She joined Skysong in her travels to learn and finally settled down at Leviathan University to complete her schooling in Medicine- even against her parents outcry that her health could be jeopardized with so much interaction with other Nightmares and Daydreams.

Even with her nervousness around other creatures, she held a special place in her heart for young ones and their well being. Especially orphans who never really knew what family was. Ivory took it into her heart to become a 'Mummy' to them all - giving each of them a piece of her heart.

Accepting: Once you get past her wall of nervousness, Ivory will accept you with every fiber of her being. A smile on her face and a bounce in her step.
Trusting: Even though she trusts freshlings and infants more than anyone else - she'll give everyone the benefit of doubt until proven otherwise untrustworthy. Strange new demon with a scowl on their face and a fire in their eyes? Love 'em. Someone is mean to another? Shame on them!
Optimistic: She sees something good in everything. Ivory just doesn't believe that someone can be pure evil. Even if they have done nothing but be cruel and mean. She may tsk them or frown in disaproval, but she'll still think they could turn around. Hopefully.
Understanding: She only wants others to be loved. But if they don't want to be touched or have anyone near them, it'll hurt but she'll obey their wishes. Doesn't mean she'll keep checking in on them with a hopeful look in her eyes.
Peaceful: One could say that she is more timid than peaceful, like a wallflower. Considering she was kept 'locked' up all her life, she has a permanent sense of calm around her. The only time she really starts to panic is when she gets an ache she can't explain.

Oblivious: Because Ivory didn't get to experience the world first hand, she tends to take things by the book. A lot of jokes and even tensions between certain races that have been practically abolished confuse her. There could be an elephant in the room and she'd just be confused as to why it's uncomfortable.
Complacent: When she succeeds, she will beam ear to ear and be unable to show her pride. Because of her being oblivious in some aspects, she will probably tell the same person an event numerous times because of her pride.
Insecure: If she fails, she will beat herself up over and over again. Bandage came off? Maybe she should have tried a different gauze. Stitches opened up again? Should have tried a different way of closing it up.
Indecisive: Very much like her insecurity, she can't seem to determine if something will work better than the other. Even though her training and textbook knowledge is there.
