You can buy a room. No one else but you (and those you let in) will ever stay there so it is safe to store things here (just remember to lock the door). It has two rooms, one with a king size bed and wardrobe, the other one empty, a large bathroom, kitchen area, and a sitting room.
Also comes with a 5,000 square feet plot of land in the conservatory. You can use it for whatever you wish, but it is perfect for gardening. Crops gain +1 quality and grow all year round.
