Generation two eggs from a breeding between two wild Pokemon May 1st until May 14th at 11PM EST
Oh dear! During all of the catching and befriending going on to lower Pokemon populations at certain farms in Kodo, the parents of a nest of eggs were caught and now the farmers are scratching their heads. They're trying to lower wild populations in the area, not help them grow! So now they've reached out to you, kind trainer! Will you take one of the eggs home with you?
Rules:
You can enter for up to two eggs, but you can only win one, so make sure you'd be happy with either egg before entering for two. Egg with fewer entries will have their winners chosen before eggs with more entries. You cannot give your egg away if you win. If you'd like to enter but aren't interested in winning an egg, please state so somewhere in your entry. You're free to edit your entry until the close of the contest (11PM EST on May 7th). You don't need a character or any Pokemon to enter this contest. If you do have any, you're free to use them in your response. The contest may be extended if there aren't enough entries for the eggs.
Keep in mind that these are completely free! Their genders and abilities also have not been predetermined like in normal breedings, so those are up to you! Entries will be judged on quality, not quantity, so longer entries aren't necessarily better. Once winners are determined, the eggs will be certed and dropped off, then will hatch roughly a week later. If you're interested in entering for one of the eggs, fill out the following form and post it in this thread:Pokemon name: Gender: Personality: (Tell us about the pokemon's personality, its behavior, its likes/dislikes, etc.)
Obtained: (Tell us how your character would obtain this egg - would they accept it from a farmer, would they steal it from a farmer or from another trainer who'd accepted it, or some other way? If it will be a wild pokemon, how will it become so since it was removed from its nest?)

Pokemon name: Vision (Zorua) Gender: Female Personality: When the survival instincts were being handed out Vision must have been last in line, or perhaps more to the point whatever instincts she has tend to get overwhelmed by her complete certainty that she is totally amazing and can Do The Thing. Perhaps it's partially immaturity that takes this to the extreme but it's likely to take a serious failure - with serious consequences - to make her realise that she can't actually take on the world and win all by herself. Until such a day comes Vision is a little fluffy force of nature with seemingly boundless energy; she's positive and friendly to pretty much everyone she meets so long as they're decent to her and her close friends, always full of great ideas for adventures (going into that hole, climbing that fence, jumping onto that bus just before the doors close...), and prone to dragging others along into her madcap schemes with her.
Her boundless energy and terrible ideas are no doubt deeply frustrating to some people but it all bounces off Vision's iron-clad ego unless that is one of her friends gets really angry with her, she hates her friends being mad at her but she has zero conflict resolution skills and so she'll probably just avoid them for a bit until she hopes they're not mad anymore or bring them a present hoping that a gift is as good as an apology. Though she can be a bit of a not so great friend at times what with the dumb ideas and failure to apologise for doing things that have upset people Vision always means well and will go to any lengths to help or protect somebody she cares about. Somebody hurt you? She will fight them! You've done something super dumb and are going to be in big trouble? Well she's already in big trouble so she'll take the rap for you this time. You have a lot of feelings and are crying? Oh... uh... well she has no idea what to say but she's here to listen and give cuddles, and she hopes that's some help.
Obtained: Accepted from the farmer, who Zevran wandered up to to ask if there was anywhere to get food nearby. When - before he could ask his question - he was asked if he wanted an egg he thought he was getting an entirely different sort of offer but when the grey and red thing was handed to him he just decided to go with it.

Pokemon name: Robinvee (pink and black eevee) Gender: Male Personality: You know how cats have nine lives? Well Zircon likes to think he has them, unfortunately. He is way to curious for his own good, wanting to learn everything he can and loves to explore. He doesn't like everything, like ghost pokemon since they've scared him a lot, but if a pokemon shows that they are friendly, Zircon will play with them in a heartbeat. He doesn't like to see other pokemon sad or lonely, so he tries to cheer them up or make them happy again. Though what he dislikes the most is seeing pokemon hurt others just for fun and tries to help anyone who he sees that needs it. Since his parents are gone, he has felt lonely himself which drives him to help others even more so that they don't' experience the same feeling of loss that he does. In short, he's a playful and curious pokemon who also has an overwhelming want to help others.
Obtained: Zubatman was patrolling one day and noticed a empty nest of eggs. Feeling an overwhelming sense of protectiveness, Zubat watches over the nest day and night for any evildoers who might come and seize the eggs. Unfortunately he failed in his quest as one day a couple of humans came and started to grab the eggs. Zubatman wasn't sure if these humans were meaning to take care of the eggs or if they were going to sell the eggs off or something, as he had heard that sometimes there were certain pokemon that were quite prized among the humans, and defended the nest as best he could against the intruders.
Unfortunately he was only able to save one of the eggs from being taken, as he managed to get it rolled out of the nest and find a safe spot for it where he could take care of it, waiting for it to hatch and hoping that he could protect whatever may be inside.

Pokemon name: Charr'd (White and red Eevee) Gender: Male Personality: Nature- Sassy Characteristic- Slightly stubborn Favorite flavor- Bitter Likes- Being right, playgrounds, poffins, honey, the warmth, aprijuice Disliked flavor- Sweet Dislikes- Being wrong, cakes, candy, the cold, water, pokeblocks -There's only one word to describe Charr'd. Stubborn! Once he gets his mind on something he believes is right, there's nothing that will change it. It will take a lot for him to be persuaded otherwise; it's especially hard when it's something he KNOWS he's right about. He needs a lot of proof to be shown wrong and it also takes someone else who is just as stubborn as he is to see it. Besides being so block-headed, he's usually pretty giddy and sort of easy to get along with. He takes kindly to anyone who does the same with her and that don't push their beliefs onto him.
Obtained: Naomi finds herself on a Pokemon Farm, hoping to get some good advice on how to raise Pokemon in a happy and healthy environment; wanting to have a Pokemon Ranch herself when she becomes a professional Pokemon Breeder. While walking around to check out the place, she catches a glimpse of two people seeming to be giving things away. Curious, she makes her way over to the two farmers who seem to have a nest of eggs and were trying to give them away. Upon hearing the reason they were handing the eggs out, she frowns a bit; now faced with an inner dilemma. On one hand, it's a noble cause to give the eggs to a good home so they're not out in the wild. On the other, she didn't have any room in her team for it and she always feels bad leaving her new additions in the PC; never sure when she'll ever take them out from within it. The more she looks at one egg in particular, the more she just couldn't leave it there either. She couldn't stop thinking of what could happen if no one wants it, or any of the other eggs. With an inward sigh, she walks up to the farmers and picks up the egg; saying she'll take this one. After being thanked, she gives them a wave and walks to the closest Pokemon Center to use the PC; she had team organizing to do.
