Weapon –
Lieutenant - Artist's charcoal stick
Captain - A blackened, burnt-out tree branch, good for bashing. The tips of the branches are still smouldering, warm to the touch, and may deliver small cigarette-like burns with sustained application, but they go out quickly when used this way, and can't start fires.
General - Tree-themed iron pitchfork/candelabra hybrid with red-hot, fiery-looking points. It can cause scorch-burns (equivalent to a bad sunburn) or leave a brand if pressed against skin for a long period, but can't start fires. No magic except for not cooling down.
