Here you will find Lugia....
The Whirl Islands are a maze, and you need a special move to get past the whirlpools that guard each island. These underwater twisters have become much stronger then they used to be, so much so that if you aren't careful, if you get too close you will drown. Once you get inside, the water pokemon will fight you without provocation. They seem sick though, and thier eyes glow red in the shadows. They are violent and relentless but if you manage to get deep enough alive, you will come face to face with that dragon bird Lugia. He has the ability to clense the darkness from you if you have it, and he can fight if you wish, but you must be warned, if Lugia catches the Darkness, it could mean the end of us all....
Lugia can clense any person or pokemon of Darkness. Living Darkness Pokemon do not count.
