Accepting all sort of rock music discussion other than emo, because music was created to bring happiness and enjoyment, not to make us slit our wrist, therefore emo music discussion will be taken in another thread, definetly not this one.
You are allowed to argue whether a band is good or not, but verbal abuse is not acceptable. It's rude.
Hilary Duff, Avril Lavigne and bands like Busted, are not rock.
So, post your bands!

I'd like a definition of Rock.
Because really, I'm not that good at classifying music into genres. I mean, I know what rock is to an extent, but where do you draw the line?

rock is real s**t like nervana and pearl jam and nickleback and green day. im not talkin about prissy "oooo we wear skinny jeans and too much eye liner and listen to avril lavene!! we're so rock!!" im talkin the real s**t linkin park, three doors down, ACDC, metallica the real stuff 3nodding
