Hobbies:Professional Witch: From potions to spells to even just little sachets filled with good vibes and spices, you can find them all on her Etsy for purchase. She even provides discrete shipping if it's needed.
She does most of her selling and spell work online, preferring to keep it a secret from her own family for reasons she doesn't discuss. Sometimes she sells her wares at conventions and such and has been known to attempt tarot readings but she isn't all that good at them.
She is a very space oriented in her work and when she's not making potions and spells she does a lot of energy work. She doesn't deal with one specific god as she claims the cosmos itself is her driving force.
Flute: Imposed upon her by her father, Abbi was forced to learn to play the flute... And actually doesn't mind it. It's a nice relief at the end of the day and she's pretty good at it. She doesn't think it'll be a career choice, but definitely not something she plans to put down any time soon.
Roland: Given to her about five years ago by her former foster father, Roland is an English Sheepdog that is pretty much the only thing that keeps her sane. Her father doesn't much approve but Roland is very well behaved and thus is tolerated.
She gives him all the attention he could want and need. Walks are given on a strict schedule (in the morning when she first gets up and again just after dinner), a bath twice a week and during the summer his fur is trimmed so he doesn't run the risk of overheating. She likes to spoil him with lamb whenever they have it.
Virtues:Energetic – Abbi is a bundle of energy that always seems to be on the go. She never seems to run out of it. Whether it's working on school or witchy things or dragging her friends out for a night on the town, she does it with such enthusiasm she tends to either blow people over or drive them nuts.
She doesn't let people's bad attitudes towards her energy get her down, she just keeps a smile plastered on her face and keeps on moving to her next destination or continuing with what she had been. She's got enough going on that she doesn't need other people trying to drag her down.
Determined: Wanting to be the best she can be, wanting to make something of herself, Abbi is hard pressed to do less then her best. School is not something she takes lightly and she will never settle for second best. As such she takes double the notes, always asks questions and will even stay after school to make sure she's understood the lesson properly. She stays with it until she's got it down and covered, and this attitude bleeds over into all aspects of her life, making her track record for finishing what she starts pretty damn good.
Flaws:People Pleaser -- Fearful of being abandoned or left behind, much as she remembers it from her past, Abbi will do almost anything to make people like her. You need some one to run all your stupid errands for you? She's already on it. Do you need some to break up with someone for you? Are you mad and need some one to take your anger out on? She's happy to do any of it as long as she knows you won't leave her.
The only thing that she tends to buck back on is her clothing choices and gender identity. It's the one thing she has to herself and she refuses to give it up. She might actually fight you about it.
Proud: Abby is the type of person who is proud of who she is and what she can do. So proud that she has a very, very bad habit of never asking for help doing something. And no, she won't take your offered help either. She can do it on her own, will do it on her own or she'll die trying. Of course this has lead to a bit of a cocky attitude, and hurt feelings, because she can, and will, do it as her pride won't let her do otherwise.
If she does have to rely on others, which she has had to do in the past, she begrudgingly accepts their help and will do all she can to repay the debt. She refuses to let good deeds and helpful natures go unrepaid.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Eyes: Mediterranean blue, wide-ish and expressive.
Hair: Ocean blue, cut short and almost a mix of pixie and boy-ish. Very androgynous. Has little tufts that come down in front of her ears to frame her face.
Body: While her overall shape is rather androgynous, she does have curves that she tries very hard to hide. Especially on days when she doesn't feel very feminine. If she dresses to extenuate, however, she is definitely and unabashedly female.
Face: Heart shaped ish? Also kind of oval. Oval-heart shaped maybe? Something like that. Rather sweet, plumpish lips perfect for kissing.
Clothes: Slacks and button-ups with a vest and hiking boots for days when she doesn't feel feminine (though she has been known to wear jeans and t-shirts). Otherwise she is known to wear dresses, skirts, tight jeans, corsets, etc. all in varying lengths and clinginess. It's either respectable or bordering on the edge of almost provocative (usually no inbetween).
xxxxxFavorite Outfit: A pair of light cut-off shorts from her favourite pair of jeans that bit the dust years ago paired with a pair of knee high riding styled boot in a dark brown. Her top is styled in the fashion of a summer dress, sea green in color with ivory lace accents and along the hem. She can often be seen wearing an over-sized cardigan in grey.
xxxxxxAccessories: A couple of silver rings on her fingers, in varying styles (one’s a silver band, another has stars on it, one looks like a crown and another that looks like it’s made of leaves), and a pair of dangling star earrings in silver. She wears a silver belt chain that half hangs off her hip and looks like it’s dangling stars, there’s also little orbs about it that look as if they carry stardust. Around her neck is a necklace that carries a small vial filled with “star dust”.
