 Welcome to the Loupohl family farm! Owned and operated by the Loupohl family for over two hundred years, this beautiful farmstead is currently headed by Sawyer Loupohl and his son, Parker, who alternate coming up from the city every week to care for the animals and direct the workers in handling the crops. They usually take a hands-on approach, opting to really sink their teeth into the work.
It's no surprise that this is one of the reasons why Blackwater is so successful season after season.

Aysun stepped out of the car, scrunching up his nose and looking at the farm with distaste. He never liked farms, not even Uncle Leon's cousin's farm. There was always so much... nature, the sun burned and the animals stank.
Aysun removed his sunglasses. There weren't bags under his eyes (He was very strict with his appearance) but he looked tired. Most likely because it was early in the morning and he barely got any sleep. Pursing his lips, Aysun glanced over at Parker. What kind of excuse could he use to go back to bed...?

Tossing his sunglasses into the car and pulling out his favorite hat, the farmer grinned as a couple farmhands came to say hello, shaking his hand before going back to work. Just being on this land made him more manly. He inhaled the familiar scent of fertilizer being added to the newly planted crops, then turned to Aysun and gestured to the house. " I'll help you bring the bags in, then I should probably get to work. Isaac said they tractor's busted, so I gotta go fix it up," he said, walking to the back of the car to pull out their bags. ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦

Help? Couldn't Parker take all the bags while Aysun settled himself on the bed? Sighing, he moved towards the blonde and put his bag over his shoulder. It had a few days' worth of clothes in it, though he wasn't sure how long they were staying. He supposed he'd be fine as long as there was wifi.
As they walked into the house and Parker talked about fixing a tractor, Aysun found himself in an impasse. Should he go to sleep or see Parker sweaty and flexing his muscles? Aysun pursed his lips. What a horrible decision, it was one of the reasons he hated coming here.

He brought very little things with him, considering he kept two wardrobes in each location, so these were just necessities. " Miss Sharon said that she's making the hands lemonade for their afternoon break, so I was hoping you'd help her with that. I'm not taking a break, though, so you'll just be handing out to the farmhands. Seems that Daisy's sick with her calf and I've got to head to the barn after the tractor to watch over her." Running his hand through his hair, a nervous habit he'd picked up from his father, Parker leaned over to kiss Aysun's cheek before heading off to his own room to put his bag down and grab a box of vet supplies for the cow. ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦

Ah. Well there went his two wondrous choices. At least it was lemonade. Aysun wasn't well versed in lemonade unless it was the powder stirred in water, but he'd gladly take that over fixing a tractor. And he'd get to hand them to sweaty farmer~
Aysun accepted the kiss and watched Parker hurry off. They were here for five minutes and already he was busy. It wasn't overwhelming to him, was it? It would certainly overwhelm Aysun. Deciding to leave it for later, he headed down the stairs and moved to the kitchen to find Sharon.

With her husband dead and her children all grown up, she dedicated most of her time to running the farm when Sawyer and Parker weren't home, a task she didn't take lightly. However, when they were home, she was happy to relax and return to being the simple maid she'd come onto the farm to be fifty years ago. Standing in the kitchen, Sharon was pouring in a mixture of her own creation into several large pitchers of water and ice, the hot lemonade mixing with the freezing ice and creating her world-famous lemonade. Catching the sight of Sharon, Aysun remembered the many times he visited. She hadn't changed one bit. She was very sweet, but also strict, in his opinion. She was how Aysun pictured how his Uncle Leon would be when he'd get old. Now that he thought about it, Aysun's uncles hadn't aged a bit, had they?
When given instructions, he turned to look at the trays. Surely she didn't mean all of them at the same time? Deciding not to risk it, Aysun reached for two of the trays, setting them on the counter beside Sharon and holding the other two next to her.

"Only that you were making your famous lemonade." Aysun teased back. Sharon was the closest he had to a grandparent, since both his uncles' parents were long gone. Although he loved her dearly, he wondered if he should reveal that he and Parker were an item. He was sure she knew about his crush (Aysun wasn't sure who didn't know), though he wasn't sure if Parker wanted to be secretive about it to the farm.
"How has the farm been since I've last been here?" he asked, choosing to switch to a new topic. "I'm sure no one got any work done without my radiant beauty~"

Parker's been coming up here more often than Mr. Loupohl, and bring the office with him too. I'm worried about him. When he's here during the day, he works tirelessly, only ever taking one break if I force him to, and all night, he pours over his case files. I don't know if he ever even sleeps." Sharon sighed, shaking her head. " His grandfather was like that, but he was only a farmer, not a big city lawyer too. It might be inappropriate for me to say, but it's no wonder he's divorced. Aysun stayed quiet as he listened to Sharon, switching trays all the while. So his fears were logical. Parker was going to work himself to the bone and completely ignore him. Aysun glanced upward for a moment. Well, he had been able to force Parker away from his life style before, but usually that involved borderline rape. Third time's the charm, he guessed.

Aysun looked back at Sharon when she talked about his influence, feeling himself blushing a little at the unintentional praise. "O-Oh." he murmured, dazed, and sat the tray down, giving his arms a rest before he had to carry them to the workers. He always assumed Parker spent more time with his lovers, not him, especially when he mentioned having sex with Angela.
"Yes, well, I usually have to force him to do anything." Aysun half-joked. Done resting, he picked up two trays and started moving to the door, blushing when he saw Parker shirtless. Control yourself, Aysun, he hissed in his mind. Wouldn't want to give those poor workers a treat with their lemonade now.

You know Parker, he doesn't let anyone push him into anything. If he's doing something, it's because he wants to." Speak of the devil. Parker turned off the tractor and wiped his sweaty forehead with a rag, walking over to Aysun once he was close enough and grabbing a glass. " Thanks!" he said gratefully, downing half the glass before gesturing to the barn. " I better finish this fast so Doc can get a break. I don't really need one, so I'll be taking care of Daisy for the next hour. Hey, after you're done with this, why don't you come help? You wanted to hang out in the barn, anyway."
