Option A) DK's Point Buy
DK's point buy is an interesting system. You start off with 10 in every stat (which means you have a +0 modifier in everything) and then use points to increase your stats.

You get 24 points and to raise your stats you have to spend a certain amount of points per stat point at each modifier level.
11-14 = 1 point for every 1 stat point in the range which results in a +1 at 12 or +2 Modifier at 14.
15-17 = 2 points for every 1 stat point within the range which results in a +3 Modifier at 16
18 (Max) = 4 Points to hit the 18 maximum for a +4 Modifier.

By reducing a stat [to a minimum of 8] you regain 1 point per stat point refunded.

Option B) Normal Point Buy
Normal Point Buy in the Player's Handbook is pretty simple. You start off with no stats and you use points to basically buy stat values that result in certain modifiers. You start with 27 Points and the Price List is as Follows:

8 / -1 = 0 Points
9 / -1 = 1 Point
10 / +0 = 2 Points
11 / +0 = 3 Points
12 / +1 = 4 Points
13 / +1 = 5 Points
14 / +2 = 7 Points
15 / +2 = 9 Points

Option C) Standard Array
The Standard Score Array is 15,14,13,12,10,8. You may put them in any stat you wish.

Option D) Dice Roll
Roll 4 dice and take the HIGHEST 3 numbers and add them together to generate your stats. Do this 6 times with no re-rolls.

Option E) Bear's Mulligan Dice Roll
The same as Option D but you may roll three whole sets of stats and then pick any one of the the three arrays. You must take a WHOLE array, you cannot swap or change different stats to make a perfect set.
