Located literally in the middle of Peirs island, Seussville is known around the world as the number one vacation spot in the region. Since the weather is consistently great year round and because most of the island is a beach, it is the perfect place to go surfing. All year round there are surf boards for rent, with special boards made so that Pokémon can surf too. The bi-annual surfing competition held here is one of the most celebrated events around the region, and people come from all over the world to test their mettle against the waves.
