Recording list of daily challenges so we don't actually accept challenges more than once. Challenges are count by daily challenge, not per staff. So if any of the staff members were challenged on one day, on that day the user may not challenge another staff.
"Daily challenge" is reset upon hitting midnight by PST - 8. For example, if you challenge Tori at 11:50pm on the 21st, you can challenge Tori again at 12:01am on the 22nd.
