This is the entrance to the Alcott Channel; a labyrinth of rivers and cliffs that trainers must traverse before it spills out into the open ocean just south of Mt. Snicket. The cliffs tower into the sky, too high for trainers to climb over on their own. The only way to get through is to climb along the walls, fly through the canyon, or surf along the river. Be wary, as the Pokémon in this area are not used to humans, and do not take kindly to intruders in their home.
