To Do’s:
The Art Swap Moderator will be the one to facilitate the session, (he/she can join the session too), his/her task will be:

*Assign Pairs ( Refer to Pairing guide)
*Set Theme
*Remind Artist of Due Date
*Post the works of the Artists, and put a label of each artwork.

The Art Swap Artists are those who would be joining the said session, his/her task will be:

*Put up the request in accordance with the theme
*Be mindful of due date
*Put watermarks on their Artwork.
*Send the Artwork as Private Message to the Moderator

Each Session will run for two weeks, making it 2 events per month.

Please be Guided accordingly.

How can one be a participant?
- You just need to post in this thread that you wish to join the Challenge, In case the Moderator failed to add you, Send him a PM (just don't spam him/her)

I'm new to being an "artist" can I still join the event?
- Of course! Every one is encouraged to join! specially those who wishes to learn!

What is the process for the Art Swap Challenge?
- First there would be call for participants that would lasts for 2 days or until slots gets filled, which ever comes first, Second the moderator will now pair up the participants and the last step would be is to announce the pairing, the theme for the session and the due date of the Art swap.
- When the Theme is announced. it is now the Participants to request their preferred art in accordance of the Theme, Request should be fulfilled within 24 hours.

Can I join when Session is already on-going?
- No, But you can Queue in line for the next Art Swap Challenge.

Why only two weeks?
- It's the ideal time I see that participants will not be bothered much with RL struggles.

What Medium of art can I use?
- There is no limit on what Medium you wish to use, either you're good at Traditional or Digital it will be your choice.

I'm a traditional artist, and I don't have Scanner, can I take a photo of it?
- Yes, you can take a photo, just make sure your art can be seen well, not too bright, but not too dark as well.

Can I be the Moderator?
- Yes, As long as you are taking the responsibility of a Moderator seriously.

How long can one be a Moderator?
- Two consecutive Session. (One Month)

Why can't I just post the Art I created when I'm finished with it?
- It will spoil the element of surprise for everyone else.

What can I get for joining the challenge?
- Lots of amazing arts from other participants, and of course new friends!

Will there be prizes?
- This event is more of Showcasing the talents you have but, I together with crew will see how we can create events with prizes, so stay tuned on that!
