How does one format post???
Yaay, it's finally happened!! The Kingdom of Kindred now has it's very own Discord Channel!!
For those of you who don't know, Discord is a team speak server mainly used by gamers to chat with each other during games, but it also has many other uses!
It's much easier to use than skype, and offers a buncha new features, such as the ability to make different rooms within a channel and custom emojis for the channel!!
*this may come into play at a later date huehue*
It's also available on pretty much everything out there. Well except linux, but I think that really only effects me...
But there is a browser version and mobile versions for both android and ios! And also, since it is a game speak kinda thing, you can find other guild members to play games with! How fun would that be?
So feel free to join by following this invite code here and making an account! The room's set so that you don't need a verified account to chat, but it would be nice to have one so you'd know when people quote you.
But before you leave I will set some rules, so please read this before you join.
-Please keep things in the public rooms PG-13. You can swear, I don't care about that, but if you start talking about other things that make people uncomfortable please move that conversation somewhere else.
-If you're a crew member in the guild and have a different username in Discord than you do here, please tell me so I can give you crew member status in the server.
-NO SPAMMING!! This isn't the chatterbox, so please leave the useless spammage somewhere else. If you abuse that privileged a mod can block you, so be warned
And that's about it!! So on to other news!
Since most *read all* of the crew has little to now knowledge of how a discord server works, we're looking for a few nice members to help us out with running things! Anyone who can will be given a nice lil title of "Helper" in the channel and given a few privileges to help us keep everything running smoothly, so if you'd like to help please feel free to ask us about it!!
