History: During his time before the out break he lead a major crime organization sold drugs, kidnapping, and killings, he made a fortune off of it. Akira has been in prison more times than he can count and knows the underworld and its members like the back of his hand But one day one of his employees came in as a raving zombie and killed his closest friends right before him. the zombie came towards him he smashed its face in with his own two hands and a pair of his brass knuckles. He then left and went to church a killer and a religious men.

Personality: clingy, non talkative, awkward.

History: He was sitting alone in the Quanteco training facility late one night finishing up his report on his fellow trainees. Assessing in his option who was fit for duty and should move on to week 18 of training. When his instructer came in to see him.

October looked up and saw his instructor had a package for him "You don't have to talk but take the package." he took the package and opened it, it was an assignment. he looked up at his instructer "i told them you were still in training but there was a problem in the city."

The instructor eventually left and October was left to his work. he tapped his fingers on the table 4-4-2-7. time ticked by till the morning rolled around. he was still tapping his fingers for what he saw in the documents it was troubling.

He didn't sleep that night he just sat there till it was time to go, he was ordered to meet up with the police in the city to help them with the unsettling outbreak with no idea what it was. he had graduated the academy 2 weeks early and he left to go to the city.
