This Coastal Apartment building was once the home of Earth's first Green Lantern: Hal Jordan. During his time merged with the Spectre and Hal's own rebirth, this apartment building appeared within Coast City once again and was the only building that stood on its roads. This alerted the Justice League to Jordan's return which could have been dangerous due to the fact he had been possessed by Parralax previously and caused the death of untold millions.
Now though, it seems to just be a normal apartment building. Hal's apartment has been left as it was, being subsidized by Bruce Wayne just before Bruce himself also disappeared. People are curious as to what has happened to Jordan but no one dares enter the apartment.
