Metropolis the city of Superman; while the big named villains seem to have vanished from the public eye as well, street thugs and average criminals numbers are on the rise. This new Superman she'd heard about in the weeks since moving from France. Thanks to the contributions of criminal organizations that no longer exhausted and a certain weasel that made great false documents, her move had been quick and easy. Though now she needed figure out what to do in this new city.

If this new Superman was keeping the place safe from average criminals and everyday disasters, why should she bother unless a real threat came? Looking out over the city from her Penthouse window Kira decided to go for a walk, grabbing her dark brown leather jacket she headed out into the city
