Where the students sleep and hang out. Every student gets their own individual dormitory with hotel style living. One bedroom with a kitchenette, sofa, TV, desk, and small bathroom.

The courtyard is a large area with trees, grass, and a lake. In the center is a massive fountain.There are benches, grills, gazebos, and a small training area.
The courtyard is right outside of the dorms.
