She has a pair of what appear to be thick and heavy shackled bound around her wrists made of silver. These shackles are far from what they seem however. Wanting to find an easier way to keep herself armed at all times, she worked long and hard, eventually managing to gain enough funds and materials to have a weapon forged for her, that being a length of silver chain that she could use as a whip. Taking this weapon to a master enchanter, she was able to have the weapon bound to her and thus it took the form of shackles about her wrist when it was not needed for combat. When released several intricate designs appear on her body as an indication of the weapon being bound to her person.

As a child, Silivathiel showed promise in using magical abilities, something that her parents felt very proud of and often offered prayers to Ven and Oceanus of thanks and to guide her further in becoming more adept with these abilities in turn. The small family often traveled the lands, selling some of the wares they managed to find on their journey in turn, the landscape was her home and the world was her playground. This childhood sense of joy and happiness however would not last long, for the small family were ambushed one night by a small band of bandits. At first they had willingly offered to share their campfire, sharing a meal and the small entertainment they could offer their guests, however it didn't take long before the group desired far more.
She found herself roughly bound and forced to watch the cruelty laid upon her parents before they met their end, tears fell from her eyes as her heart shattered, her life changed. The bandits finished with their fun realized they now had a teenager to deal with in turn, bickering as they considered who would be the one to dispose of the elven child. The blade snaked towards her throat, to her the world appeared to slow down greatly, the traumatic scene that had played out before her eyes and her abilities manifesting within her small frame.
Fog began to surround the area, it's touch sent the bandits to shudder, some had their teeth chattering at the strange arrival of it in turn however quickly deducing it's source, they scowled yet the young had quickly dodged the blow aimed towards her throat, rolling back and rising to her feet she leaped into the air and raising her arms, her anger, pain, hatred and loss manifesting, formed large blades of ice in the air which would rain upon the bandits, striking them and slaying them in turn as she slowly floated back to the ground, passing out in exhaustion.
Upon waking, she cut her bindings and then began to bury her parents, digging their resting place with her hands as the emptiness settled within her heart. She would no longer laugh with them, hear their songs and dance with the music they played. The pain she held within her, hardening her heart she offered her prayers up to Oceanus and Ven, asking them to lead her parents to the afterlife together, a place of happiness and freedom before she turned and left the scene of carnage.
Her desire to not allow another to succumb to this experience, she became a mercenary. It was difficult work, her own moral compass tested on several occasions yet she took care with what tasks she chose to accept, and if the weight of her past fell upon her, she would take up the tasks that set her to eliminate bandits or she would offer her services to groups of ne'er do well's that she would await the perfect moment before betraying them, leaving them as more corpses in her wake.
She roams the land, taking jobs and completing them, learning about those she crossed paths with before laving once more. What adventures lay before her, she does not know, nor if they would lead to her demise in turn, yet she continued onward regardless.
Personality:
Silent, Stoic, Thoughtful and Withdrawn, Silivathiel keeps her own council and her own company, not one to trust others nor open herself up to them in turn. When others ask personal questions of her she either deflects the questions, remains silent, ignores them or walks away. Those that are more persistent she may answer a little bit here and there, allowing them to piece together a few small pieces of what had happened to the woman and get to know her further. On occasion she may help others upon a whim and simply walk away, causing her to gain various questions arise about just what kind of person she is. At her heart however she is simply quiet, lonely, kind and understanding, choosing to remain isolated and her own solitude as she finds it difficult to trust after the events she had endured long ago.

◇ Frozen Fog ↔ Creates a fog that can chill enemies to the bone in a particular area. The user is unaffected and can allow for an easier chance of escape and avoidance of battle as it numbs an opponent that is unprepared for it's chill.
◇ Healing Moon: Has the ability to harness the benevolent powers of water for healing. She uses it to aid those in need be it from minor cuts, deadly poisons or even bringing back people from the edge of death itself. ((Note: However the more severe the injury she has to heal, the greater the toll it takes on her and the longer it will take for her to recover her strength before using it again.))
◇ Lunar Well: Her affinity for water elemental magic has given her a reduction in the cost of manipulating water and ice, and also enhances her sensitivity to the lunar cycles. The drawback to this however is that she completely looses all her magical abilities during the phase of the new moon and an eclipse.

Preference to use magic abilities when she can as she is completely unskilled with physical combat and holds no weapon experience.
