Because I'm a nosy sort. So let's get the question train started! I'll even use spoons bacon bullet points to make things interesting.
yum_bacon Are you questing for anything right now? yum_bacon If you are, is it a long-term quest or a short-term one? yum_bacon Do you quest often? If so, why or for what? If not, why not? yum_bacon What was your most memorable quest? yum_bacon Turkey bacon... real bacon or sad imitation?

I actually just started questing for watermeat. I noticed that the price had dropped in the MP and I was only about 150 bil away... and then the price jumped again. emotion_facepalm I've only been questing for a few days, but I'm about 2/3 of the way there, I guess? Unless the price changes again. I'd kind of like to buy a level 1 so that I can get the companion item (simply because I love companions with "I am" poses). Still, I guess it wouldn't kill me to buy a higher level kin if it's cheaper.
I don't quest too often. I'm bad at saving gold. I usually end up buying a present for someone or splurging on an avatar (or just an item from my wishlist that dropped in price). I do a serious quest once in a rare while. It just isn't frequently. I like to keep my avatars relatively affordable, so I use items that I already have whenever possible.
My most memorable quest, though, was definitely Kyvec the Flitter. I'd saved up enough gold for it only to watch in horror as it went from 40 bil to 400 bil in the space of a few hours. It took about a year for it to drop back down to 40 bil. I checked daily. It was sad. Still, I finally got one and completed my adolescent Fafnir collection! (I now see that it's about 2 bil, but I won't let that upset me.) Was it a horrible price to pay for a recolor that I don't even like that much? Probably. Do I care? Nope! That feeling of having completed the set made it worth it.
edit: Or maybe I'll just buy Sakura. I think it's supposed to be better, anyway? At least in terms of HP and accuracy.

I have the same issue with having long term quests. Im so bad at keeping gold, if I have too much for too long I feel the need to spend it right away sweatdrop So to combat that problem I made a mule for my quest, and just throw any gold I got over there so I neeeeever see it~

It's a good idea, though! Is this Madame or another account? Personally, I get nervous having large amounts of gold on my account. It just makes me nervous, even though I never post exactly how much I have or how much my account is worth.

Its under Madame. I don't use her much besides selling some things on the mp and trading gold to her. Though I do feel nervous having so much gold in her account sometimes. Id hate for it to get hacked or something ;;
