Lately there have been multiple thread each day being made using to attack the vampiric community, are these kids just plain stuipid or just reason why to not tell humanity about vamparism. I do admit that there are some that will beleive, but alot dont. The only good thread I have seen so far is made by our own VezRoth.

If somehting is different, either pretend it isn't there.. or run away. ^^ Heh, but some people are fully accepting to the idea of Vampyrism. So, dun give up on 'em completely just yet.

The vampire threads... I dunno. I suspect they've been going on about vampires for a while, so there will naturally be a lot of anti-vampire threads, thanks to the lovely little deluded people who run around going "whee! I drink blood and live in darkness! I am teh undead! lookit my cape! Innit 1337!?"
However, it might be in part thanks to dear ol' Vezzy's thread. My reasoning on this:
Have you noticed the sudden rash of dragon-related threads about the ED? They seem to have been popping up more, the longer the "The Human Body Is No Place for a Dragon's Soul" thread has been going on.

Valdimyr ok Sean the msot I got out of your aim convo was abotu whether or not this chick thought it was cheatign or not? What was the purpose to this posting truly? sorry, I made a erroneous judgement. the point was that people only stick to what they were told as children and do not change or even consider anything else.

I would say that people don't want to think there is more to life than what they "see". If that's the case, then they are blind as it is.
If they know that there are real vampires (and otherkin), then they don't want to believe it, and probably fear it. So, they convince themselves that we are the ones in the wrong.

I agree with all of the reasonings above, but I also have to say that we don't have any solid scientific evidence supporting vampirism therefore they don't want to believe we exist.

It's kind of funny in that sense...
Wouldn't it be hypocrytical to denouce that vampires and whatnot exist, yet if that same person worshiped a god?
Not meant to offend people, but that's part of what I am thinking. Belief is a very strong thing indeed.
Sounds sort of like this little story about a university teacher that would somehow prove god didn't exist, and finish with stating that god should be able to stop a piece of chalk from breaking when it hit the floor. Every year, he destroyed everyone's belief when he would drop the chalk, and it goes *crack*. One person stood up to him, and when he got mad, he tried to throw it down, it landed in a fold in his pants, rolled off his shoe, and across the floor unharmed. xd That professor left before the next year started.

Actually, every single person in that story is retarded, because it clearly states in the Bible "Do not test the Lord your God." Christianity has already made a guard against that. Now, a real problem with christianity is that we pray to god to help humanity, but God follows his master will. So why pray, if God isn't gonna listen to you?

I don't think it's so much a "test of god", but a test of one's belief in god... maybe. What's the master will? Sounds like god has a god of his own. eek Well, on a second thought, sure, he would do what he will, but don't you think that maybe he would take some time to do good? Otherwise, why would people pray? (As someone else suggested, praying may be one way of "influencing" outcomes, or something like that. Belief is a strong thing.)

Ok first of all, never put down christianity, as I am christian. I attend a small church that is non-denominational. It is based off of the Willow Creek Ministries. So stop that s**t right there. Secondly Sean, as far as praying goes. It seems you have it totally screwed up. You dont do it to help humanity. I am sure that peopel pray for humanity yes that true, and theres nothign wrong with that. But christians pray to God, to grow closer to him Because in doing so one can understand what he wants you to do. As I agree one should not test the Lord God. As he pushes back I knwo this personally... As for God's "Master Will," what the ******** are you talking about there? The only thign he does, is continue to care for his peopls and love his people which is the human race. So what the ******** kinda master will does he have? Could you possibly explain that to me. Thirdly, if your goign to discuss soemthignabout a religion, make sure you know what the ******** your talking about first. Even inthe slightest bit alright... twisted

So stop that s**t right there. I would say live and let live. Not at you, but at the other person... It's not his religion, thus, what right does he have to put it down? Not saying that you have the right to put it down either, but the point is, if you don't like it, don't bother with it. If you do insult it, someone is bound to get mad. Valdimyr Secondly Sean, as far as praying goes. It seems you have it totally screwed up. You dont do it to help humanity. I was wondering that... what's the "master will"? Well, I may not be Christian, but I respect people's methods, and don't mind as long as no one tries to shove something down my throat. I have a question now... where exactly do the Jehova Witnesses come from? That try to sell things to you? (Mom scared two of them off one time... they started talking about marriage, and Mom started to talk about her life. They freaked out and said they needed to get something from their car... there was no car. xd ) Valdimyr Thirdly, if your goign to discuss soemthignabout a religion, make sure you know what the ******** your talking about first.
