About CL 9.6-9.9 depending on the rings your looking at but mostly around that range.

i got rid of all my rings after i thought zOMG would never be back, used to be 10.0 but now im starting scratch at 6.0 emotion_awesome

Still, at least you didn't all the way from CL1.0. Though it kinda sucks that you don't have the ring quests...it would make getting all the rings easier.

yeah, hopefully theres an option to rest all your quests, i'd like to redo them anyways for nostalgic purposes
