My laptop that I used for typing papers and other school things is messed up. Thanks to the new Windows update for the windows 10 OS my drivers for WiFi decided to corrupt so I couldn't connect to the internet.
Ok so I uninstall then reinstall to fix.
Still ******** up.
So I get all up into the naughty bits of my computer under admin tools to see what in the hell is going on and my IP won't verify and it keeps refusing to connect to the internet.
I checked my internal WiFi antenna to see if it could be loose and it's fine.
I'm suspecting it could be the nic card.
Thankfully I'm able to bum a spare laptop off of a friend for school. I just need to get Microsoft Office on it.

Update, it was the nic card. I can order the part for like 20 bucks then either take it to a shop to have it installed or get one of the nerds that I know to do it. I wish it was a simple fix.
