As a Fairy, he lived a somewhat sheltered life. Fairies stopped interacting with humans a long time ago when his species saw that the Humans couldn't handle the type of power that the Fairies had. Humans caused conflict, destruction, and shattered the Fairies way of life. Because of this, he was sheltered from them by his parents. His parents were both Fairies, and they taught him the magic of his people. While he had an absorbent mind, his body couldn't handle the amount of magic that his parents and his people taught him. To fix this, they crafted cards, able to contain the magic he was learning within the black ink on the card while each one was specific to an element. When he was to choose a card, he would inhale the ink and it would transform him into a Form that would allow him to use the powers contained in the card. When he would blow on the card, the powers would return to the card, in which he could then use another card if desired. He could not blow or breathe ink from a card when he already had magic equipped from another card, a safeguard placed in the ink to keep him from overloading himself or the cards.
When he was younger, he didn't see much of the outside world, instead he interacted with his community, learning how to trade under the town merchant. He learned how to make deals for the consumer to get the product they wanted while also getting the merchant whatever payment or produce most beneficial. As he grew older, the wisdom that he gained led him to see the small problems that affected his community. He used his trade skills to start making deals between the townspeople to solve problems, eventually making it his career.
As he got older, he started interacting with the other Kingdoms. He did this both to get items that his Kingdom didn't have, as well as widen his knowledge of magic and powers. As he got exposed to more people, he made more deals to get items that he desired, making enemies along the way. He became more feared by weaklings, and made known even by those far more powerful than him. He seeks to gain more power and possibly even find someone to share that power with.
Personality: Zeno is an old spirited person, younger than fairies and elves tend to be but also older and wiser than many other life forms. While some fairies may choose a side of light and peace or dark and chaos, he may go whichever way to serve his purposes, with each of his forms taking different sides on different levels (although he generally loves a little bit of chaos). While he knows that he isn't the most powerful being in the world, he knows how powerful he can be and doesn't mind knocking down those who think too highly of themselves.
Each Form follows a different kind of personality and serves a different purpose with the exception of the natural form, which isn't tethered to any specific morals.
Light Form is the purest form. It follows the side of good and righteousness, and is used solely to settle disputes in the name of pacifism, using attacks only in the name of defense or justice. If they do fight offensively, it is only to detain the wrongdoer.
Air Form is the next righteous form. While not as much used for pacifistic combat, most attacks are used for knocking the opponent off balance and heroic purposes, although it can also serve more for the purpose of aerial combat.
Water Form is a form that does er more on the heroic side, although more neutral. Many of the attacks used are more for actually damaging the enemy than the other light forms, and is more willing to do a wrong to make a right.
Natural Form is the most passive form in terms of combat, but has more free will to teeter totter between the spectrum. This is his default form.
Earth Form is equal to Water Form but on the Darker side. Contrary to the other forms, many of the attacks used are more physical, using brute force and somewhat destructive attacks in combat.
Fire Form is more chaotic, as the attacks used are typically fueled from anger and other aggressive emotions. It also has more destructive attacks and motives. Because of the intense fiery emotion of the Form, it has a body that is naturally engulfed in flames, and unique physical features.
Dark Form is the most chaotic form. Most of it's attacks are through spells, which makes it more dangerous than the other forms, and it has no problem causing chaos and destruction. It likes to incite fear in others and assert control over others, wanting to leave its victims leaving powerless. He chooses this form when he feels as though he really must prove himself or put someone in their place. It's also what he uses when his enemy is much too powerful for his other forms.

Side notes: I don't remember which kingdom actually specialized in healing, so if you need me to change that then I will; also I've thought of many ways to nerf him to keep from being too powerful, but I also know that he could probably use more nerfs so I'm open to suggestions
