I missed making a summer photo so we're just going to go generic this time around.
How to participate
01. Using either the avatar builder or your dressing room, create a kin trainer themed avatar. Pretty much up to your interpretation. Does this mean matching your kin? Works for me. Does it just mean creating a bad-a** outfit like any number of Pokemon trainers have? That's great, too.
02. No backgrounds! (This includes sparkles or falling flowers or anything of the sort.) This’ll be going onto a backdrop from one of the LK levels, so backgrounds will ruin the whole photo effect.*
03. Sitting, standing, kneeling, leaning, etc. are all fine. Any poses are fine. (Okay, nothing obscene but pretty much anything else.)
04. Include at least one kin! More are welcome if desired. It does not have to be one that you own... there just has to be a kin somewhere. It would be awkward to be a kin trainer with no kin. (In other words, this bit is not optional.)
05. Please submit your avatar by September 1st. However, anyone who submits an avatar before August 25th will be entered into a drawing to win a level one Ember the Foxand a level one Cereal the Gosling
As soon as I've finished making the photograph, I'll both post it here and put it up on our homepage.

**Note: If you could pretty please with a cherry on top either save your avatar in the avatar builder (you could even send me an item list with preferred skin color and I'll happily recreate it) or in an empty outfit slot in your dressing room (I'll save it to my computer as soon as I see it and will then let you know so you can delete it), this would be a big help. It saves me from having to erase all of the white background that comes from a big screenshot, as well as the awkward resizing bit. I suck at the resizing bit. If you don't do this, it truly is not a big deal. I'll survive. Promise. Still, it didn't hurt to mention it. Much.

Heh-- I like the pokeball. It's a fun touch.
But. Erm. This is uncomfortable. I'll add you to the list for Ember because I do appreciate the entry, however... in order to be included in the group photo, there has to be a kin in your avatar. sweatdrop Sorry! It's the whole "kindred guild" thing. I like to have a representation of that, hence rule #4.

I am training my kin to fetch their ball at the park...They are sooo cute they stole my heart away!
