This thread will be open for the month, by the end of which at least one request will be chosen by a colorist. At the end of the month, at least one additional request will be rolled and colored. If you were rolled the previous month, you cannot be rolled the current month, but you are eligible to be CCed the current month. You will also be excluded from the current month's roll if you were CCed the current month. Additional disqualifications take place when forms have been changed or filled out incorrectly and if any rules have not been followed.
Semi-customs refers to a request in which the colorist has a considerable amount of artistic license. Edits are at the colorist's discretion. Please don't request/suggest edits. In these requests, no changes are made once the artwork is complete.
Each person can only post up to five requests (3 kin and 2 pets), and we kindly request that you keep them all in one post.
Since CC picks are the responsibility of the choosing colorist and not guaranteed by the shop (unlike CC rolls or event wins), if a colorist becomes inactive before completing their CC picks, we can't and won't enforce colorists' CC picks. We also will not retroactively award a CC pick to the affected users nor will we award additional raffle entries in future CC rolls.

Colorist Choice Semi-Custom Form
Please use the following forms to post a request in this thread! When using an image as inspiration, please post the image directly image tags with no spoiler, max size 700x700 pixels (if your image is too big, just resize it!)!
At minimum, you must include a request and your username. All other fields are optional.
Do not use Photobucket links. They don't work any more and it crashes some of our colorists' computers.
Do not use image formats incompatible with Photoshop or that are limited to certain browsers. If a colorist cannot see your image, your request will not be considered (please double check that the images that you've uploaded are available for public viewing--if they aren't you will not be considered).
Do not alter the code in any way (ex. adding quote tags, changing the font size, changing alignments, changing fields in the form, adding extra line breaks, etc.)! Not using the code as is makes it more difficult for colorists to view your requests!
Doing any of the above detailed in red text will result in the disqualification of your entries from the CC roll.
