Jack had to walk to the clinic, but did so with Nora. His legs felt tired from the short walk, he mostly flew or teleported everywhere. On the walk down, he tried to not complain but said how walking sucked along the way. Forgetting that she was grounded. Even while his wing muscles were torn, he held the door open for Nora, and walked in to see a familiar face.

"About time you showed your face around here." Ajax said wearing a doctor's coat that was open to reveal his shirtless body, sounding like he held a grudge on Jack. Ajax couldn't think of a costume for Hallows' Eve and decided to be a sexy doctor for the day, really his uniform without a shirt. "If it isn't Mr. Dingbats himself." Jack narrowed his eyes at the man. "Only a matter of time before I got hurt." Chuckled Jack, pointing to his blood stained wing. "Fix it. Fix it good." He glanced over at Nora, to ease her confusion. "That's my cousin Ajax Smallwood."

"Hello Nora." Ajax said with a soft smile, taking her hand and kissing it lightly. It seemed polite for an angel, but really he took his etiquette courses too seriously, unlike Jack. "Well aren't you lovely?" He asked, looking at Jack. "When did you get a pretty girlfriend?" Jack scowled at the man, the closest he could get in this amount of pain to a blush. "Wait that's not right, you don't have any friends. Are you sick?" He asked the sheep-girl.

Jack kept his scowl, his eyes darting between Nora and Ajax. He couldn't describe the feeling he had, the closest he had was when an alchemist had more skill than him. What was it? Jealousy? Either way, he knew he didn't care for it. Jack felt he had no reason for it, and tried to brush it off. "Jax, mind fixing the wing?" Ajax rolled his eyes and held his hand out to the wound, healing it only partially before stopping. "H-hey it's not done healing." "I know but if I heal it all the way, you won't learn anything will you?" Said the angel, he wasn't sure what Jack did, but he wouldn't be surprised if the guards saw a generous donation over it.

"Oh come on that sounds ridiculous." Jack said after Nora's rambling, feeling a bit agitation with Ajax for some reason. Even if his cousin didn't do anything but be polite. He could be polite too, if he wanted to. "Sounds about right." Ajax said, as he looked past them, through the window to see a hoard of cupcakes running down the street. "I didn't say it wasn't true, only that it sounds ridiculous." Said Jack well knowing he would have seen the animated food by now.

Jack was a bit surprised to see Vita working here, and was about to greet her when the girl forced herself on him. He waved his arms in a panic for help, before placing his hands on her face and throwing her off him. "What the ******** cos?!" He said angrily, face flustered. Ajax gave him a half-shrug, almost expecting this after Vita's revelation. He assumed she would tell Jack soon.

Ajax caught Nora as she was knocked onto him, smiling at her peacefully. Jack looked angrily at Ajax, holding Nora. Of all things! It wasn't like she was going to fall. He took a step back from his crazy cousin with a suspicious look. "Why don't I believe you? Oh right because it's you." "She's not lying." Ajax said in defense of his adopted sister, he hadn't let go of Nora yet, rather enjoying that the girl seemed so easily impressed by his physique.

"Still weird cos, still weird. We grew up together." He told Vita blandly. "Practically my sister." Said Jack with a nod, then glared back at Ajax. "Hey let go of her, she just got out of a bad relationship she doesn't need your lecher hands on her." Ajax could tell Jack was jealous, the man hardly expressed feelings for any life and even then limited to small creatures. Although anyone who didn't know him well enough would see it as indifference.

"Anytime." Ajax said back to the girl, he found her of average appearance, but knowing Jack had an interest in her he found her more desirable. If a nephalem like him could find a reason to care for the girl, she had to be special. He did however let go of Nora in respect of her being only now out of a bad relationship. "My apologies delicate rose." Ajax spoke softly.

Jack had enough of his cousins, especially Vita's sudden weirdness. "I won't 'get used to it' there's no 'getting used to' involved! That's still incest!" He snapped at the woman, feeling uncomfortable knowing his cousin sought after him. "H-hey don't be mean to Nora." he said defending her, something that made Ajax almost gasp in shock. Defending another person? Jack? For something other than his own convenience? He was sure he was only using her now. Ajax felt the need to protect the gentle woman from his grubby hands.

"How would you describe Nora?" Ajax asked with an amused smile. "Eh?" Jack let out in surprise. "She's.. not ugly." He said with a shrug, "On a scale of 1 to 10, she would not be 4 or below?" Jack might as well had said she was the most beautiful woman he ever met in Ajax's mind. The angel was assured Jack was up to no good.

Jack looked angrily at his cousin as she told Nora things he did, he did so many things too! He could, in one hand, list the kind things he did for people but lost track of all of his misdeeds years ago. "First off, that was funny and you know it. Second, she wanted to be a lizard person, third--" He had nothing for the third, that was his mistake and he knew it. "Fourth--" "Skipping third huh?" "Shut it, fourth---" He had nothing for fourth either. "Hey you go to brothels too. I haven't gone to one in..." He had to think about it for awhile, knowing it had been since he met Manami. "Eight years."

Ajax held back his laughter, Jack wasn't known for his luck with women, or anyone. "So it's been eight years since you...?" Jack became flustered. If he ever did find a girl he was interested in, Ajax always moved in on her. Not only that but after he would sleep with them and dump them, he would tell him how he couldn't date the girl since they're family and how he dodged a bullet since they weren't very good. Jack didn't even like them for that, he liked their personalities.

Of course he normally showed his affection by making them or giving them dangerous and mostly illegal items. Women didn't seem to appreciate that for some reason. "Nora maybe we should go, it's getting late I should walk you home." Ajax looked down at the girl and warned her. "You sure you want to go with him? We will take you instead, that way you don't get involved in any weirdness." "You! Stop it, I'm going down there anyway."

Ajax frowned a bit seeing he was leaving so soon, they didn't even bring up how he was scared of the dark until he was thirteen yet. "Don't be a stranger." He said to them, then smiled at Nora again. "Come by and visit sometime Nora." Added the man with a wink. She had to be a little special. Vita was right though, she wasn't beautiful enough for their genes. They had a minimum requirement of 9/10.

"Yeah well ******** both of you." Jack snarled at them as he walked Nora out. "See you next time I get hurt." He added on his way out. Feeling that he would be seeing them far sooner than that, especially if Vita decided to harass him the way she did.
