Jack had arrived at the restaurant first, he got them a table and told them if his family showed up to send him his way. He sat down at a corner and waited, Annthea had invited them to the restaurant to eat for some reason he wasn't really sure why. Annthea was weird. Ajax came not too long afterward with his sister, finding Jack and sitting across from him. "Hey Jack." He said to his cousin. "Know why Annthea wanted us here?" Asked the angel with a raised brow. "No idea." Jack replied, trying his best to not show how angry he was at the two yet.

 Vita went over to Jack and gave him a big squeezeie hug and sat down in the chair next to him scooting it closer to him. "She's just a weird ******** girl." she said with a shrug. She put her elbows on the table and stared at Jack with a smile. "Sooo...do we wait for her to get here to order? Because I'm hungry now and I don't want to." she said with a small pout.

"I'm sure she wouldn't mind." Ajax thought, holding up an arm and rudely calling the waitress over. "Waitress!" He said, the woman came over with a notepad and looked at the rude people. "Can I get you any drinks...?" She finally asked after an annoying introduction, like Ajax cared what her name was. "Yes I want a chardonnay, leave the bottle." He planned to drink a lot today, he had to take the day off to come here. Jack wanted to contain his anger as best as he could. Saying to the waitress, "A water please." He looked at this two cousins his scowl finally slipping past him. "So..." He began. "I heard Nora went to the clinic last night." He said, glaring a the two. "Was she... doing okay?"

"Wine. Red wine." she said simply not even looking at the waitress.Vita raised her eye brows in confusion. "Oh? Who?" she asked with annoyance in her voice. Did the stupid little girl run off and tattle on them as soon as she could? She thought that she had broken the girl down enough that she would never go near Jack again. Was she losing her touch? "Oh you mean that weird goat girl thing. Yeah she stopped by, the little dumb dumb thought she was sick" she said with a harsh laugh. "She actually thought she was sick cause she was obsessed with you or something. She thought she was going to die, her dumb aunt brought her in. That whole family seems like it's full or tards. Don't worry though we put her in her place" she said smiling at jack and lightly put her hand on his.

"She's a sheep." Jack interrupted Vita, giving her a dirty look. They knew she was a sheep, she wasn't angry or burly like a goat-person.. her aunt, maybe, but not Nora. Nora was delicate and sweet. "She's what?" Jack asked in disbelief, they were messing with him he knew it. "The dumb low-born really thought she had a chance with you Jackie, we saved you the trouble don't you worry." Hearing that Alice brought her in made him wonder if it was true, Alice did seem the type to freak out over something small and bring her to a clinic. "What did you two do exactly...?"The waitress came back with their drinks, and asked if they wanted to order. Ajax ordered the duck. Jack said he was fine, he planned to eat something with Nora instead later. "What not hungry?" Ajax asked with a smirk. "The thought of that disgusting sheep girl obsessing over you took your appetite?"

Vita ordered the steak and took a sip of her wine. "Yeah, she just came in complaining about ...how did she say it again, it was really stupid...'butterflies in her stomach vomiting' or something." she said with a shrill laugh. "And we just put her in her place. Some on Jackie-poo. Not only is she a commoner but shes hideous and not to mention dumb. We just had to make sure she knew she had no chance with you." She took another sip of the wine and smiled at Ajax. "Of course it is, I mean can you imagine if some weird half goat creature was intrested in you. Makes me almost lose my appetite." she said with a chuckle. "Don't worry though, we made sure she knew you would never be interested in her. Saved you the trouble of pity dating the poor creature then breaking it's heart when you up and left, like you always do."

Jack looked at his glass of water angrily, he was doing his best to refrain from flipping the table over and hitting his cousins. Ajax sipped his wine, as he went on about what they said. "We told the low-born how she wouldn't fit in with us. She's beneath people like us Jack, you know that. I know all you attract is low-born trash, but try and raise your standards a little. It looks bad on the family." Hearing them, Jack was compulsively drinking his water to keep himself from going off on them. He had to manage until Annthea showed up and told them why they were here. Ajax drank his wine, drinking most of it and pouring himself some more more from the bottle the waitress left, topping off Vita's, and pouring some into Jack's empty water glass. "Don't worry we broke it to her easy, told her you do this to every girl. That way when you leave town again, you won't feel guilty that a pathetic common slut will be hung up over you. I doubt you'll ever see this trash again." That was when Jack said to them in a calm tone, "She's living with me."

Vitas eyes widened in anger and drank the entire glass of wine and poured herself another one taking a small sip. She shook her head and let out a cynical laugh. "Wow, that girl is easier than I thought. Already moved in with you, her house must be a pathetic little shack if she's content living in that s**t hole of yours" Although she wanted to flip the table and scream at him she was taught not to cause a scene in public. "Is it true they crap in corners and just cover it with paper?" she said with a humorless chuckle. "Now don't get me wrong, that girl is below us and just...pathetic, but can't you at least feel a little sympathy for the girl? I mean moving her in with you...You know you're not happy staying in one place. That girl is never going to leave this town and you're never going to stay. I mean that's just cruel." she said with a smirk, though she was wondering again if she lost her touch. If the girl went back to his house after the tonuge lashing that had given her last night maybe she had been too soft.

"Yeah no offense Jack, your house is a literal s**t hole." Ajax added on with his sister, Jack gave a half-shrug, his house was a s**t hole but it was his s**t hole. He started drinking the glass full of wine, forgetting it wasn't water until he tasted it. They did make him want to drink, so he started drinking it like water. Jack would have to walk home, he couldn't fly well while under the influence. Ajax laughed at Vita's comment, he had heard how beast-folks went in boxes or outdoors like savages, even letting themselves do it while they walked. "No.. she's doesn't, she's a normal person." He looked away from the two, at the wall next to him. They were right about that. Nora never wanted to leave, it was easy to think about staying when he's been here for only a few weeks. Longer than he had since he was a child, but to imagine staying here his whole life. Never see what was across the endless sea. "You never know she might one day want to leave..." Ajax laughed at the response. "Are you kidding us Jack? You don't really consider her to go with you? Her kind stay where they're born until they die." Jack drank down the whole glass of wine, as the waitress brought them their food. Ajax began pouring more wine into his glass. "More milk for the baby, come on drink up. We're saving you from ruining your life cos, you'll thank us soon." Jack really doubted that, he glanced behind them to see if Annthea was coming in, but it was only an elderly couple.

Vita began cutting into her steak and took a small bite smiling at Jack. She knew that she had hit the spot that would stop him from being with the weird little goat girl. "You've never been a settler Jackie poo. Ajax is right, low borns rarely ever leave. And this girl is a settler. I'd be surprised if she ever even left town! You enjoy adventure, you enjoy travel, seeing new things, doing new things. You would never be happy with someone like her, and she would never be happy with you." she took a few more bites and sipped wine in between. "Now you may have, for some stupid reason, think you care about her...But if you did at all you'd cut ties with her. She will never leave with you and you will never go with you. It just wouldn't work. Save both yourself the trouble." she said with a cold smile

Jack sat there in silence, he didn't know if he could give up everything he wanted in his life for a girl. His life really wouldn't be what he wanted, he wasn't sure if he would be happy. "I.. do think that I care about her. What if i did want to stay?" He said to spite them. Ajax rolled his eyes. "Really? You're going to be miserable over some stupid podunk girl?" He scoffed at his cousin, speaking between bites, knowing Jack didn't know what he was talking about. "And then what? How long do you think you'll 'be here' until Annthea thinks you're staying for good? Hmm? Then you'll be too busy managing this s**t city your whole life. Have you even thought about that?" Jack looked back at the glass, drinking what was left before pouring himself some. They were almost done with the bottle, drinking heavily so soon. "You know what will happen right? You won't even last with her. You'll be given a wife so Elderahn doesn't just fall apart, and you wouldn't even be able to be with her anyway. Give it up Jack."

Vita made a little 'mmhmm' noise as she chewed pointing her fork at Ajax. "He's right you know. Do you think Annthea would let you marry a low born sheep girl, if it even gets to that point, which I doubt it will...But she wont let you soil our blood line with someone like that. You'd be miserable the rest of your sorry life. It'd be just because you thought you cared about a stupid little hick girl." she finished her wine and emptied the bottle into her glass and frowned at the empty bottle. She reached across the table and gave Jacks hand a gentle squeeze. "We love you Jack, and we can't watch you throw your life away for a sub par girl. Find yourself high born girl, someone who wants the same things you want, adventure, fun, just what you actually want." she smiled at him, she herself wanted adventure fun and to travel around and she was also high born. "We are only thinking about whats best for you. You may have been born here but you weren't raised here, you don't know anything about this place and how horrible it is here. Do whats best for both of you and let the poor girl go."

"You don't know!" Jack snapped at them. "I might actually want to stay here!" He said defiantly, knowing they didn't approve made him want to do that more. Ajax scoffed at him again. "Sure you do buddy, wait a few days for it to wear off or you'll notice you made a grave mistake."Annthea finally came into the restaurant at the time that she told them to meet her. She waited a bit for them, before asking the waitress who lead her to the table. "Hey!" She beamed, before seeing that they had their food, ate most of it, and drank a bottle of wine already. Annthea sat down next to Ajax with a scowl. "No one could wait? REALLY?" Ajax turned to Annthea and asked, "So why did you call us here?" Annthea looked hurt at his words. "Because it's Fall 20th...?" Was that supposed to mean something? Ajax thought.

Vita laughed bitterly hearing Jack say he wanted to stay here. "He doesn't even need a few days, give him a few hours and he'll realize we are right. Seriously just cut it off with this girl, it'll save her a lot of hurt." And with that she finished her food and leaned back in her chair looking at him smugly. When Annthea came she raised her eyebrows at her and gave a shrug. "And? Is that day suppose to mean anything...? And we didn't wait because your slow. If we had enough time to order and finish our meals then you were way too late." she said with an annoyed expression. "Well I'm ready to go, how about you Ajax. "
