Phil woke up from the noise of a yelling Manami he stood up and walked towards the cells bars and peered out. His heart dropped when he saw the shirt she was wearing, that was one of Noras favorite shirts. The words she was saying made him feel even more worried, what couldn't be happening...? "Hey! Hey you little weirdo what the ******** did you do to Nora?! What did you do to my baby girl!?" he yelled angrily. Kicking the bars.

Phil relaxed in his cell and slumped down sitting on the floor breathing out a sigh of relief. He was nearly shaking, he had been almost sure that the little psycho had at least hurt Nora...He smiled when he heard that Nora broke up with the girl. He smiled even wider hearing she had lost her powers meaning she wouldn't be a threat to Nora, at least not for a long time. "Ha! You think you would of caught the message when she was sick the past few days." he said in amusement and was glad Nora was able to bring herself to break up with the girl. "Wait...why are you here then...? What the ******** did you do to my baby!?" he yelled shooting up again fear griping his heart. If Nora broke up with her...would she have done something to hurt Nora?

Phil snarled and kicked the bars again. "Maybe she liked you before you did whatever you did to freak her out!" he yelled. "I'll be happy when I find out if Nora is ok. What did you do to her?! Is she ok? Awnser me you ******** weirdo?" he screamed. He was begging to panic a bit, the things she was saying didn't confirm if Nora was okay or not. "If you hurt her you wont...you just...I'll make you pay if you did !" he didn't know how but he'd figure something out.

Phil relaxed and let out a small sigh and shrunk down. She was okay, the little freak in the next cell didn't hurt her...She just broke up with her. But why was she in the jail cell? "She didn't do anything to you. She just broke up with you. That just happens sometimes kid. " he said unsympathetically. He cringed at the small rant "You can't know if you love someone in less than a week...And just...you can't assume you'll get married and stuff that soon. I mean...you sound like you were really pushy to her." he said pondering for a moment. "If you didn't hurt Nora why are you in here?"

Phil made a face of confusion and shook his head. This girl was dense. Maybe another reason his sweet Nora left her, she was as dumb as a rock. Or just very immature, which makes people seem as dumb as rocks. "A week is not plenty of time for any of that. Do you even know her last name? Or her birthday? Or her favorite food? Or her favorite book? Or what her favorite past time is? I bet you didn't know anything about her! Just that you wanted her." he said with annoyance. He smiled slightly hearing that Jack had a part in it. He could somewhat piece together what had happened. Nora had wanted to break up with the girl but was scared of her, and so used Jacks help to take away the girls powers to make it so Nora could do it safely. "So what, you freaked out when she left you and you attacked her and got yourself arrested huh?" he asked with a small humorless laugh, he tried not to think of what would have happened if Nora didn't have the insight to go to Jack first...

Phil felt a chill crawl up his spine as he heard what she said. "Never go near Nora again, do you understand me?" he said coldly. "If you see her in the street you just put your eyes to the ground and don't even ******** look at her. Never come near my house, if I see you near my house I'll remove you. Do you understand that?" He was filled with anger he had never felt before. "You're horrible you know that? Reading her diary? Even I don't do that and I'm her father. " he was disturbed that the girl came into their house and went downstairs to stare at his daughter.

Phil shuddered slightly at the anger and conviction in her voice. It was possible to gain powers and he knew that, it took some time and effort but if this girl was obsessed with his Nora this much already he wouldn't put it past her to try to do everything she could. "You know Noras aunt is the captain of the guards here in town...I think I'll tell her what you said. " maybe throw in a bit more extra threats for Alice to take him a bit more seriously. "See if you ever get out of here, or if you'll just rot in here forever." he snapped. Or at least he hoped she'd be put on a tight leash, some sort of probation program...Something to make sure the little freak stayed away from him and Nora. He thought he should warn Jack too since she said she would make everyone who did this pay and Jack was one of the main reasons it happened
